"Let me go! Ivy get back here! Of all days to cause trouble you idiots as usual just chose today. You really really know your thing. But you don't know what you're starting"
Albert kept struggling to get away from the demons.
"Here I am. Let's go"
"You've made the right choice my queen"
The man turned around and opened a portal and motioned for Ivy to enter
"Ivy help!"
Ivy turned to look at her family. Nora was down unconscious, Jordan was held by a demon while Jonathan held a statue. On looking closer, Ivy chuckled
"Why is there a statue of my Nanny?"
"I'm sure that was made when you decided not to listen to me. Come on let's go. We have a lot to do"
"Fix them"
"What?"
"I'm not leaving until you fix them. Fix everything immediately"
Ivy said in gritted teeth. A frown settled on the man's head. He snapped his fingers and two demons held Ivy and started pulling her to the portal. She smiled and pulled one demon's ear with her teeth. The demon allowed her and started yelling in pain. The other demons paused and looked at their friend.
"I said, fix everything immediately or else you'll really get that queen you're looking for"
The demons moved to grab her and she sent her hair into their chests. She threw their dead bodies aside for it to turn to dust
"Ivy!!"
Jonathan yelled seeing his twin being nocked out. Ivy turned to look at them. She scratched the back of her head while running her tongue over her vampire fangs that began appearing. She closed her eyes while taking deep breaths to calm herself. George and Donald attacked the man whom they still didn't know his name. Albert kept teleporting in order to shake the demons off. Around the fifth time, they allowed him to regain their balance but he didn't waste time to send his pocket knife into their chests
"Calm down. There's nothing to get all angry about. I can fix them right? I'll just work up some potion and they'll be fine"
Ivy kept convincing herself but nothing was working. She massaged her head and finally gripped her hair and fell on her knees
'They won't stop killing them'
'Eliminate everyone. No one is worth it'
'Don't waste your time on them Gina'
'They'll never stop hurting you'
"Shut up! Shut up!!"
Gina covered her ears as if it would stop her from hearing the voices in her head. Albert killed another demon and ran to Ivy
"Hey hey. Don't get angry now. I'll heal them. It's no big deal okay? Hey Ivy"
George and Donald sent their hands into the man's chest making him cough blood. Then they pulled his heart out and George set it on fire with the fireball he made. The man's body fell on the ground and finally turned to his real demon self before turning to ash.
"Good job partner"
They both told each other watching the demons disappear as their master was no more. George's eyes now searched for Ivy where he spotted Albert and Sarah trying to calm her down. He moved to their direction with Donald behind him
"It's okay they're alive. They just fell asleep"
Sarah said looking at Ivy's bloody hair.
"What's going on with her?"
"She's loosing it thanks to that idiot"
"Loosing what? Her acting?"
They turned and shot glares at Donald who quietly left. Ivy dug her nails into her flesh and bit her mouth inside. The taste of her own blood made her more angry as it kept provoking her vampire side. Albert looked at her for some time and stood up and pulled Sarah and George away then put a force field around Ivy
"Albert can't you see she needs us?"
"I see that. But she'll kill you"
"And how do you know that?"
"I'm not her boyfriend for nothing boss. I'm helping you"
"I thought it was a fake relationship between you two"
"No it's one hundred percent real. Though we have some issues but it's no big deal"
Ivy in the force field which Albert put around her, kept hearing the voices. She sent her hands to her hair and lightly tapped her head
"Stop it. Stop it go away. Be quiet. Shh"
'They'll never understand you'
'They're all using you'
'You don't belong there Gina'
'I didn't kill them. I didn't kill them'
Ivy screamed and dark smoke started surrounding her till it filled the force field around her
"Albert what's happening?"
"It's her dark side taking over. Don't worry it will get back in, if..."
Albert trailed off still looking at Ivy. George and Sarah stared at him waiting for an answer
"Albert"
Sarah called him and he shook his head
"Yeah. If we defeat her. Either we fight her and win or she kills anyone who tries to stop her, or we find someone with absorbing abilities"
"Donald. Donald has two chances of absorption rate a year. I doubt if he has used it yet."
"Great. Where is he?"
George looked around and spotted Donald comforting Gabbie at the audience seats
"Up there"
"I'll talk to him."
Sarah said and disappeared. The force field around Ivy was beginning to crack
"Can Sarah hurry up?"
"She just left"
"Yeah but.. I know I said we have to fight her but it's not something I'm looking up to. Those are one of the reasons why we broke up"
"Broke up? But you said the relationship wasn't fake"
"Fine it's fake just don't tell anyone. It reduces the love letters and threats she gets_"
Crack
They looked at the force field which cracked even more. Albert, who has already experienced her anger impatiently looked in the audience seats while George just looked at Ivy, imagining what kind of life she went through. Meanwhile,
"I'm not doing it. Why not fight at once? You don't expect me to absorb such darkness and still be the same as now, do you?"
"Donald please. She's really dangerous right now. She'll hurt a lot of people if we let her"
"Big bro. I'm okay. Go help sister-in-law"
Donald looked at Gabbie with a grim on his face
"Okay firstly, she's not your sister-in-law. Secondly, why isn't anyone remembering that I too have some darkness in me? Absorbing hers would just make mine worst"
Unfortunately, the force field was completely broken now.
