Chapter 41 - Ghazan and Alvah 2

"Was that why you refused to take my powers, when I offered?",...

he asked looking at her while they were still walking.

"I was not given the power by then".

"Do you remember",....she stopped and looked to him,

"I told you I was hearing voices and that a ghost was visiting me".

"Yes!,... so it was him".

Yes she nodded.

This confirmed his suspicion.

"Where are we?",.... he asked after checking his surrounding and it was unfamiliar.

"My training ground, I train here with him so he wouldn't be recognized by the others because of his Aura".

They continued to walk ahead.

I'm not sure if master will tell him about being his uncle,...

she thought within herself.

"Alvah"...,

he heard his name.

They both turned around to see who it was.

On seeing him they bowed

Ghazan touched their heads and smiled.

"Come with me"..., he said walking through the middle.

Alvah was sitting with Zillah under a tree, while Ghazan was sitting a few distance away from them.

"You must have suspected her the moment you sensed a massive amount of chakra".

"Yes, but it was too late to ask since we were already on the test",

Zillah was just sitting quietly, listening to their conversation still thinking if he would tell alvah.

"Alvah, for how long have you known Zillah?", Ghazan asked.

"Probably since she got here",

He further asked, "When did you become an Infernal?"...,

Alvah looked at Zillah, she refused to look back.

He replied....

"It's been long".

Ghazan said to him,

"Don't worry I wouldn't judge you".

"Actually I want to tell you something important that she is aware of".

Zillah looked at Ghazan.

There was silence, but Ghazan broke it saying.

"I am your uncle alvah"

Alvah's eyes widened in shock, misbelieve was seen in his eyes.

"Yes",...he said again to clear his doubt.

"How?", Alvah asked.

He doesn't believe what he just heard.

"Zillah could brief you", he said looking at her.

Minutes had passed with Zillah explaining to alvah about Ghazan

"But it wasn't written in the history of the chamber",....

He had read the book, but didn't see anything relating to what Ghazan had just said.

"Yes",...Ghazan replied

Zillah felt tired, her eyes were heavy but she refused to go home and sleep.

"I know it's hard for you to train alvah, especially because you don't have a teacher".

"I had the help of azazel,...he said, and the library too".

"But it's different you know,... Ghazan said.

You father isn't here to teach you".

"As the founder, his abilities are diverse, there are probably some that you haven't done before or know about, especially when it comes to dáinn,....How is it?"

Alvah answered,....

"I've used a skill with it during the second test, it was great..."

"It possesses high energy and skills, I'll get used to it".

"But not now",....Ghazan interrupted

"Why", he asked creasing his brow.

"Like I said before, your lack of mentorship will affect you greatly. Azazel might have been able to teach you because he might be learning directly from the mundanes".

"Don't forget, it sure is the same element but the contents are not the same".

"You are filled with dark energy and Aura, but your power is still from Elysian. And you do know that you are affecting Zillah greatly".

They looked at her, she was asleep on here knee which was closed to her chest.

Ghazan laid her on his thigh.

"My spending time her managed to subdue it, but you know too well that it's harming her".

"She might be affecting you as well but yours have greater effect on her, I mean you have done it before".

"If your dark energy continues to instill In her, she will surely be impure and with my Powers".

"I know".

Alvah sure wasn't ignorant of the fact that Zillah was steadily instilling evil in her.

"I've thought of something and it's a good thing that zillah met you.

I'll need your help, but I'm not sure if there would be a need for what I want to do".

Alvah had thought carefully about this issue. He had devised a plan, but he is not sure if there would be a need for it.

"Okay"...

Ghazan agreed to help him.

"Uncle, is there a reason why father would have fallen out easily".

"Your father, we both cared and loved each other, until the day he had a sudden change of character because of his amass power".

"It was said he had gained knowledge from reading books from the library".

"No one said that you couldn't read books from the library during that time right", alvah asked for confirmation.

"Yes, Ghazan replied, but after what happened to your father, it was prohibited"

"I was thinking, don't you think that there was a reason as to why father became an Infernal".

Ghazan was curious on what alvah was trying to say, "go on"... he said.

"Father attained the greatest power and energy before anyone, that cannot be the reason he fell out.

Father didn't fall out".

Ghazan was stunned, he had no idea what Alvah was thinking but he was going somewhere with this so he was listening carefully.

"They said that father ended the reign of First Chamber".

"Father, became the strongest in Elysian, does not mean that everyone was happy. Father was envied by the Empyreals which got to the extent that they wanted to kill him".

"So he left to Tartarus. No one can just be accepted by the mundanes so he stated his reason of getting revenge on them which was why, you were the only Empyreal who wasn't murdered by him".

"Father chose to eradicate evil from Elysian before it spreaded".

"Worse of all, it started from a higher rank", Ghazan added

"Yes", alvah concord.

"When he was invited to fight in the second generation, it was said that he left before the war was over".

"It wasn't written that he killed an Empyreal of Second Chamber which means that...."

Ghazan cut in, "his target was First Chamber".

"Yes, alvah agrees. His body was never found".

"There was a rumour that he was seen in the walls of Elysian, no one knows why and who he came for",... Ghazan said.

And he was accused till death.

Ghazan was emotional at the moment.

"How did you die",...alvah asked out of curiosity.

He smiled and answered, I fought till death.

"Considering what you just said, you are very correct".

"I'd have enquire something after this".

"Alvah", he called his name.

Alvah looked at him in the eye.

He smiled, then frowned, "Do not use the dáinn's legacy, Not for now at least.

Where is it?"

"I'm with it",...he responded.

"That's better. Until you've gotten a teacher, or you feel you are better, then you can use the weapon. I'll be there".

"Okay"....he replied.

"There is another important thing I want to tell you..."Ghazan said.

"I'm listening".

"The third evaluation is said to be an inevitable death, I don't want to doubt zillah's capabilities but just in case she doesn't make it".

"You want to take back your powers...."alvah said it for him.

He nodded as a response.

"I understand. If she dies with it that's unreasonable".

"I appreciate you giving her your powers, it was very helpful in the test".

"I'm afraid she can't keep it. I've always thought of handing it over to her permanently, but when I remember that she might not make it....I'm scared I wouldn't see her beautiful face anymore".

He rubbed her face with his hand,

Tears rolled down alvah's cheek. He bent his face to the ground, his hair laid loose and covered part of his face.

He looked at Zillah, she was asleep, she looked calm.

Alvah thought, since he knew her, she's always worried and restless, could it be that death is the only way for her to be at rest.

If it's not, then I don't see the reason why I can't keep her alive. He frowned, forming a fist.

Ghazan broke his thoughts, saying...." I wouldn't take it from her now, but I will take it later".

"I'll also stay with her here, you can go back first, I'll tell her you left".

"I see your feelings for her, and anytime I see it I remember your father's feelings for your mother, It is genuine".

Alvah smiled, he then asked, "who is hansi?".

"Hansi", Ghazan laughed. She is your Dad's admirer. She chose to leave with him, but she died in the third evaluation.

He (Deivigan) grieved enough.
