"I can't keep living like this, I need to leave here as soon a possible"..... Zillah yelled.
"There would be no need for that"... a girl spoke.
Zillah turned around, her door was wide open, it was the girl from the training, looking at her.
"Why are you here?"..., she asked the girl and looking at the open door.
"Master, didn't tell you?".... the girl asked back.
She was surprised,..."Tell me what?".
"I might as well leave it for him to tell you in person"... she turned around to leave.
"Wait!"... she stopped her from the leaving. The girl was mysterious to her she had to ask
"What's your name?".... "Cora" she replied without hesitating.
"Cora you know about your master powers don't you?".....
"Yes"..., she replied.
"Is there perhaps any other kind of power existing here?"...
She answered,
"Yes, but they don't live in this district".
"District.... Zillah was confused.
how many districts are there?"....
"I'm sorry, but you are asking me interrogative questions discreetly, What are your intentions?"....,
she asked without fear in her eyes.
"Excuse me for wanting to know about your district...., Zillah apologized.
But I woke up In a forest, and was sold to your master".
"What do you want?"...
Zillah replied... "I want to go home".
"Where do you come from?"... she asked curiously.
Azai stood directly behind Cora, she sensed him immediately and turned around.
"Master".... she bowed.
"Leave",.... he said to her.
She left the room closing the door.
He looked at Zillah and laughed softly.
He said to her..... "I'll keep your secret".
"What secret?"..... she asked him
"I don't want to guess where you're from, but you're not from around here".
She understood what he meant and it's a good thing he's reasonable.... she said to herself smiling.
"We'll be heading to the arena by tonight.
Yes, you should rest now".... He left the room.
She thought,
Why are we going to the arena?. Was he getting me ready for the real trade?.
She walked to the bed and sat down. After a lot of deep thinking, she slept off.
By 6, Azai walked into the room, she was asleep.
After a short stare at her he patted her legs to wake her up, which she did.
"Let's go".... he said leaving the room without waiting for her.
She stood up from the bed and asked
"I hope you aren't sending me away"...
He stopped then continued in his steps.
He didn't answer her question.
They climbed a long stairs leading to the uppermost part of the building.
When they got there, he climbed upon a higher surface.
What is he doing there?... she thought looking around.
He looked all the way down, he stretched his hands out to her.
She held it and climbed up, when he fell with her off the building
She screamed at top of her voice, closing her eyes, till she landed in something and felt a fur.
She shot her eyes open.
"You can summon a beast?"... she asked sounding very surprised.
"You know about that?"....he asked surprised as well. How does she know about this.
She kept quiet
He said....,
"It's a falcon"
"Falcon"...., she repeated.
"The arena is far from here, any far distance and I use him".
They flew for about two more hours, before they arrived, they jumped off the falcon and it flew away
She didn't like the feeling of being back here.
When they entered, she walked in by herself leaving him behind. She went to sit alone.
He looked at her and sat afar from her.
Sitting alone, suddenly two young and slender handsome guys walked up to her.
They sat beside her leaving her in the middle.
She didn't want to get angry but when she looked at both of them, her expression said otherwise.
Azai saw her from afar and smiled.
"Why are you angry?"....
Zayden, one of the guys asked her.
she looked away taking a deep breath.
"I see you were with Azai"... Zale the other spoke.
She looked at them, curious as to how they know him.
"We know each other for a long time, Don't you know us?".... Zale asked.
He said clarifying her doubtful thought.
She froze up that's a relatable question. She answered, "You are princes".
"She's different"... Zayden said.
Zale agreed.
"Where are you from?".... Zayden asked her.
She didn't answer. They glared at her. She sank into the chair
"You're lucky".... Zale said to her.
She asked,
"Why?"....,
"Azai took you in didn't he, he's safer than Quilan you know.
Infact he is safer than all of us, except Killian, he has influenced us a lot, but not him, they pointed opposite them".
"Who is that?"....
"That's Quilan, you should know that"... they both looked at her.
She didn't mind the stare,
Zale explained,
"The thing about him is that, he isn't a prince which is why he wants to dominate, but no one is giving that chance".
Zayden added.... "He's a mixed district, which is disturbing to us".
She wasn't sure if she was seeing clearly, but the person was looking directly at her, despite the distance and the transparent glass.
"But if you're back here, there's a reason".
She looked around the arena, then looked at Azai, he didn't look okay
She looked in the direction of Quilan, he wasn't there anymore.
She became worried.
She had to watch in a whole night, the massacre and abduction of lives.
When it was all over, she thought she would go home with Azai when he had stood up so she followed him out.
Zayden and Zale followed after her. When she came out, he was with Quilan, they both looked at her.
Quilan walked to her and held her hand. She removed his grip off her hand with a furious look.
Quilan looked at Azai. Azai walked away from there.
She was shocked. Quilan looked back at her.
She wanted to go after Azai, but Quilan grabbed her arm. She gave a stern gaze, he only looked at her, expressionlessly.
Suddenly, she looked up and saw Azai's falcon leaving.
She turned around, Zale and Zayden were looking at her.
"You knew this would happen".... she shouted at them
She looked at Quilan, he kept a straight face, not long enough,
"Let's go"... he pulled her into the carriage. She couldn't fight back.
He took her to his district.
When they arrived, she came down herself, not knowing where she was going to but she didn't enter the building.
Two people attempted to go after, but he stopped them.
Hours passed by and she refused to enter the house. Quilan went out to look for her.
He saw her at the fountain asleep, he walked to her, sitting down beside her, he placed her hand on her forehead.
She woke up, "Stay still"... he said.
She looked at him.
She wondered What he was doing but she was becoming warm all of a sudden.
She sat upright,
He said to her.... "I'm not as bad as you think. Don't listen to what they say".
She wasn't buying anything he just said.
"You're in my district, you're safer with me,
Let's go inside"... he ordered
Seems like he's a lunatic,... she thought.
She stood up and they both went inside.
She had arrived at a room which was hers, walking slowly to see if he would go but he kept following her till she entered the room.
She sat on the bed, looking at him.
He complemented.... "I love your eyes"
She didn't react in the slightest.
He took a seat beside her.
She wanted to get up when he pulled her, she sat back down. She looked at his hand which had a tight grip in her. She looked up at him.
"Don't be quick to judge me, I'll take care of you, I promise".
She hated the words coming out of his mouth. Alvah was the only one who would care for her and protect her.
"Here!,.... "
he took off the necklace that he was putting on. "I entrust this to you, but only for today. I'll take it by tomorrow".
He put it on for her.
"Just because you were at Azai's first , doesn't mean you were going to stay there. Anyone from the arena belongs to me.
Sleep tight"... he was about to peck her, but she was quick to shun it.
He laughed.
"Rest well, we'll be going out tomorrow".
