There are different levels of the Cipher. The better your Cipher the better and the more abilities the user can wield and manifest to their will.

The levels of Cipher is as such:

Basic Level - Cipher Power: 0 to 150

Advanced Level - Cipher Power: 151 to 1000

Elite Level - Cipher Power: 1001 to 8000

Mastered Level - Cipher Power: 8001 to 15000

Ultimate Level - Cipher Power: 15001 to 50000

God Level - Cipher Power: 50001 to 80000

Absolute Level - Cipher Power: 80001 to 100000

Infinite Level - Cipher Power: 100001+

The Cipher can grant abilities ranging from basic flight to immortality and even abilities that of a god. The more the user trains their body and abilities, the stronger the Cipher becomes and allowing them to reach new heights.
