"Men are pigs," Sarah yelled when Esmeralda finished the story. She heard everything that happened with the latter in the office today.
"I know right," Esmeralda muttered. "But I can't do anything."
Sarah patted Esmeralda's back. "Madam, it's not fair to you. That man poured all his anger on you when you didn't even do anything. What was your fault in all of this? He was clearly at fault."
"You are right," Esmeralda said. "But he is someone with power. I can't do much. All I have to do is swallow my anger and go to work tomorrow."
After venting to Sarah, her anger had subsided. All she was feeling now was sadness. She felt like she was scolded in vain today. She did not do anything yet someone got angry at her. What was her fault in all of this?
Oliver was sitting there but he sent her out instead of saying something from his employee's stand. She didn't blame him. After all, Mr James was an important client.
