"What is it?" Esmeralda asked but no one replied. There were three boxes. One was bigger one. The human in her opened the big box first and the smaller boxes were kept for later. As she opened the big box, there was a huge smile on her face along with the sparkle in her eyes.
"Desserts?" Esmeralda laughed and cried at the same time. There were different varieties of exquisite and miniature versions of desserts in the box which included donuts, macrons, cookies, pastries, muffins, brownies and what not. They were not only eye pleasing but delicious too. Since they were smaller in size, she could eat them all without worrying about eating too many calories.
Ethan was waiting for her to speak again while she was busy munching on those snacks. Once she was done, she recalled that she was on the phone.
"Ethan, if you were here, I would have tightly hugged you, "Esmeralda said over the phone. She was so happy that she could not express it in words.
