"Are you from London?" The lady asked. "Many people from the UK come to visit our market. We are famous for our pottery work. My husband owns this shop." She pointed towards a store. "Don't worry we will charge you a reasonable price."
Esmeralda said something to the women in fluent Italian and she chuckled before taking them to their store.
"What's going on?" He asked her.
"I got it, "Esmeralda said. They went to the store and bought the souvenir for Selene.
"What did you tell her?" Ethan asked as they were coming out of the store.
"That you are not from London, "Esmeralda said. "If I said you were from America, you would see all those girls walking there? They will be walking behind you. Apparently, our town girls are obsessed with marrying a handsome American and settling in your country."
"Why so?" He asked.
