My name is Bison, and I've come to this city in search of help, my people and myself have been fighting for our lives, we have kids, mothers and many injured amongst us that need help."
"so you climbed the wall to ask for help."
"yes, I know how it may have looked,but no one was at your city gates, I also could tell many of the buildings and homes on this side of the city were empty and so I thought maybe the city was abandoned until I".....
Bison paused for a moment.
"until I reached the top of the wall and saw a huge number of people entering one of those buildings, and then I watched a man in all black kill six of his own people and throw them into some type of portal space and disappear."
Sir Hughes carefully watched bison body language as he told what he saw, if there was even a hint of threatening movement sir Hughes was prepared.
Bison too was aware of sir Hughes keen eyes and made sure he didn't do anything to seem like a threat,after all he was telling the truth,but they didn't know each other at all,so this put both of them on edge a little.
"you will take me to the building where you saw those groups of people entering and then I will determine if what you say is true."
"if it's some trick, i will.....
"please do not threaten me again, I do not take threats lightly and you will find it harder to kill me then you think, I will gladly show you the area in which I saw. "
"hard to kill you say,hmph I love your confidence, ok I will not threaten you anymore, now wait here for a moment.
sir Hughes says while jumping on the wall and in two hops he was at the top. seconds later the gate was opened and Bison walked inside.
sir Hughes took him to the spot where blood was seen and once they got there Bison pointed out the building.
"Mr. Clayton's home, but there is no one there now it seems."
sir Hughes walked up to the mansion and kicked the door down, he was tired of being cautious and knew something for sure was terribly wrong.
once inside he kneeled down touching the ground engulfing the floor in red light.
"hmmmm yes many people were here, and not too long ago. their presence disappeared completely as if they were transported with an ability. perhaps what he says is in fact true."
Sir Huges walked back out and pulled out a link crystal connecting him with his son calvus.
"Calvus, I'm leaving the city for a moment, search the city homes for soul cores, if you find anyone tell them to gather at the city head's mansion. I'll explain more later."
"yes sir."
Calvus left their home and walked into the street kneeling down touching the ground as a blue light left his hands.
"forty seven people in this area." he mumbles to himself.
he went door to door waking up and informing people about his father's message.
Sir Hughes and Bison were now walking across the land outside the city's wall.
"what is your name by the way." Bison asked him.
"call me sir Hughes, how many of your people are here."
" over a hundred."
"are they all like you" sir Hughes asked.
Bison made a slight smirk. "So you already can tell I'm very different I see."
"of course, I knew the second I saw you...you have no soul core, but yet I sense a beast within you." sir Hughes responded.
"I don't know what a soul core is,but I see four beasts within you."
Sir Hughes stopped suddenly and looked at Bison in astonishment. "what are you, what planet are you from, and how do you know how many beasts I have."
"I am a Mongrel from planet Hevot,and I know how many beasts you can turn into,which is extremely odd considering I've never heard of something like that before, unless it's a simple transformation in a sense of upgrading your beast form maybe." Bison says while thinking about Castle.
"I've heard of people called mongrels through books, have you ever heard of an awakened soul." he asked while they continued the walk.
"no I have not,but many others may have."
Bison replies
"how do you know I have beasts,and no I don't transform into a beast, but with your words I assume you can." sir Hughes says.
" awakened souls have the ability to tame beasts, not turn into them." he also adds a
Bison looked at sir Hughes with understanding. " as for how I know of these beasts you have, it's simple.....A beast knows when another is near and I can feel multiple within you."
"Mongrels,hmmmmm a race that can transform into a beast and sense awakened souls beasts. they could be trouble, I must not take his powers lightly."
sir Hughes thought to himself.
"How did you figure out I was different as well, can you sense beasts or something." Bison asked.
"your aura,I know a young boy with a similar,but vastly different aura than yours, he has no beast or anything,but he does have something within him, I just have no clue what that is."
Sir Hughes was currently talking about Damon. Damon believed sir Hughes had been looking out for him from time to time,and while that is true, another reason sir Hughes kept an eye on him is because of what he could sense within Damon.
Bison and sir Hughes picked up their pace and started to run upon sir Hughes request, He wanted to get back to the city as quickly as possible to find out what exactly is going on. They were now an hour out when a loud noise vibrated through the air.
"awooooooooooo."
suddenly a howl was heard in the distance by Bison.
"My people, they're in trouble." Bison says to sir Hughes picking up speed.
Sir Hughes had mixed feelings,he was the type to not trust a soul,but his intuition told him something different this day as he too picked up speed.
"what do you mean they are in trouble."
" I just received a signal from a member of my unit, The same abominations we've been fighting this entire time have somehow followed us."
"how many."
"A small army of four to five hundred."
Sir Hughes pulled out his link crystal connecting with his son calvus.
"Calvus, how many people remain in the city."
"I'm still searching sir,but as of now a hundred and twenty eight."
"That's all,how in the hell did Clayton persuade more than half of the city's people to abandon us at a time like this." sir Hughes face became enraged as he thought about Mr. Clayton's ability.
"that bastard saw this coming with his ability to see ahead in time,that's the only explanation." sir Hughes told himself.
"sir, miss grey and nurse heart are amongst the people I've managed to inform." Calvus adds.
"give miss grey your link crystal and have her contact me asap, we have an army of threats an hour away from the city and make sure your crystal is set for multiple people to use." a
"yes sir."
Sir Hughes was still following bison and within another six minutes of running a young man stepped from behind a nearby tree.
"this way sergeant Bison." he called out.
upon their arrival there were three of them at the scene. two of Bisons men and spade.
What's going.... Bison was cut short when he saw them standing around a dead scaly weird looking creature with sharp teeth around eight feet tall stretched out but was a lower bane which ran and walked on all fours so its normal height was around five feet tall.
"What in the hell is this monstrosity a loud,calm,but super deep voice says walking up behind Bison. Sir Hughes was towering over bison and could see a couple feet over his head.
Bison quickly snapped out of his shock and introduced spade to sir Hughes. after the introduction along with a brief explanation about the creature in front of them sir Hughes had a small understanding of what was to come.
"if what you say is true,and somehow the creatures who took over your planet have followed you here, you've put planet syair in danger.
"Sir Sir....Father,father come in." a familiar voice echoed in sir Hughes armor in which he reached through a gap in the side by his waist pulling out a link crystal.
"yes calvus, I thought I told you to give your link crystal to miss...." father the city is under attack, I repeat the city is under attack calvus quickly interrupted sir Hughes.
"Damn it, Defend yourselves at all costs I'm on my way."
the link crystal acted as a walkie talkie so the others could hear everything as well.
soon as the call ended before sir Hughes could say a word spade turned to bison.
" inform everyone to prepare for battle and get ready to move."
"what about the wounded captain, it hasn't been ten hours yet."
"they must come along as well, everyone must do their part.
sir Hughes understood spades actions were to help, at least that's what he hoped.
"here,take this crystal it's a blank link crystal at the moment, but simply hold it for five seconds and it should turn red, once that happens speak and it will analyze your voice so only you can activate it." said Sir Hughes.
He then took out another one after spade did what he was told to do placing them together for five seconds as they both glowed green.
"now yours is linked with mine, you can link up to ten other link crystals to it as well. since I'm the only one linked to it simply say call and it should link us together."
"contact me once you are at the city gates, Bison knows the way." sir Hughes says."
"One thing,if you and your people don't show up to help with the foe you brought to our city, I'll hunt you down myself."
"Grrrrrr! is that a threat big man." the third person says with a low growl stepping forward,but was stopped by spade.
"Calm yourself and gather with bison and the others." spade says to a small five foot six slim but muscular man with red hair.
"yes captain." the man says while giving sir Hughes a mug looking face expression as he walked away.
"his name is flair and he's a bit of a hot head don't mind him." spade says walking up to sir Hughes. "you have my word." spade adds while holding his hand forward.
Sir Hughes shook spades hand while giving him a nod and darted off through the forest.
Ten minutes later spade and all of the Mongrels were on the move.
"Captain if they followed us that means Castle must have..."no I refuse to believe that he failed to stop them from getting through, there has to be another explanation to this." spade says cutting of a very slender tall man with dark hair called flash.
"yes you are right, it's Castle after all, those bastards wouldn't be able to overpower him in this lifetime or the next." flash says ignoring his previous thoughts as they rushed forward following bison lead.

the beam hit Dawn's arm completely blowing it off.
she screamed in agony as Castle smiled and rushed in,but to his surprise she was ready.
The disk circled and was trailing behind castle, seeing this more of the same balls appeared in a circular radius around dawn, twelve of them to be exact as castle disappeared.
the disk sliced through the ball as Castle entered it and to Dawn's surprise he wasn't there.
"Dawn stretched out her nub of an arm as the muscles, tendons, skin and even bones started to regenerate. her healing speed was far superior than before.
"you wanna play hide and seek, fine." she yells out raising her other arm as twelve more spinning purple energy disks appeared. her eyes glowed as she commanded them to fly heading for every ball castle had created, at least that what she thought.
As the balls were cut in half, castle dived down from a single ball right above Dawn in the air. she only noticed the balls that surrounded her not the one hovering above her.
"My energy is at its limits, this must be the defining strike, I can't hold this form for much longer." castle says to himself while diving at break neck speed.
A pair of eyes watched castle from a distance gradually getting closer as his attack was coming to a head.
castles mouth opened wide as he descended.
"Final Roarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! "
Castle speaks inside his head before releasing a massive double colored beam of white and black energy. the size of the beam increased over five times as shot down and was currently the size of a skyscraper tower. Dawn looked up with horror as the two balls danced in unison spiralling down.
Just before impact she smiled devilishly as if she wasn't worried.
Booooooooom! A huge explosion covered the sky as Dawn's body became engulfed destroying her entire body within seconds. the attack was so powerful the ground erupted with lava as if the planet itself had been stabbed in its heart.
Castle reverted back into his human form completely naked, without his pendant he couldn't clothe himself which was also his dimensional storage space.
as his feet touched the ground he collapsed breathing heavily with a smile on his face. he continued to lay there a few meters away from the massive hole in the ground bubbling with lava until he heard clapping.
Clap,Clap,Clap, Clap!
he manages to lift up his head in the direction as his eyes widened in complete disbelief.
walking from an entirely different direction was Dawn who was giving castle an applause. she stopped and stood over him with a smile.
"That was truly a great performance my love."
"ho,ho,how." castle managed to say,his body was completely burnt out and his energy was at an all time low.
"hahahaha."
"well since you asked, I'll be more than happy to tell you....you aren't the only one with a few tricks castle."
"you were never fighting the real me,well not since i transformed. thanks to mother I was able to best you, the Dawn you were fighting was my avatar which is a ability and gift from mother, it only had half of my true power and would do as I say and all I have to do is think it." she boastfully says.
from the beginning of our battle your attacks were far stronger than mine,but I noticed they gradually became weaker as the fight went on. which had to mean you were conserving your energy,which also meant your energy was depleting at a fast rate. all I had to do was wait you out, although I believed that to be impossible until a few fortunate events occurred that were in my favor." she says while her tail moved in on castle stabbing his stomach injecting the same poison she used to partially paralyze him earlier with.
her tail then wrapped around castles neck lifting him up to face her.
grrrr! grunts and muffled sounds could be heard as Castle tried to move but it was all futile.
"you should have ended me when you had the chance my love, instead of trying to save your already dead family."
"ohhhhh baby, don't look so defeated, I'm sure even with my full power I wouldn't be able to best you." she says to castle as her tail tightened around his neck chocking him until he passed out.
She looked down at Castle private part and smiled, "it's time for you to give me what I want." she says while throwing him over her shoulder ejecting her red bat like wings and flew off into the distance.
