Aryan gazed up, taking in the look of her standing in white, manipulating him on considering her the moon he lost the view of in the darkness. Leaned against the wall with her hands folded, her silent stare fixed on him, her emerald emitting something raw!
Tara couldn't help but recall everything that happened on the ground he stood as she kept looking him down!
From celebrating a barbeque night, gardening, and a night out at the lake, to losing Snoopy, having him buried and mourned, and the seemingly endless fight between her and him.
No fight, it was all a mess!
She kept pushing him away and he kept holding onto her.
Every word which seemingly pierced and ripped his heart away, yet he choose to stay!
Perhaps, she was right! It's really hurting to stay with him, hurting at the mere thought of hurting him.
Aryan though couldn't quite get what she was weighing herself with, he could feel the weight himself as though it is him who's bearing it and not her!
He knew nothing particular yet her raw gaze said she was going through something which inexplicably was heavy!
Perhaps the same he was going through!
It really was a wonder to know their fates were always a pair of parallel lines, which.....can never intersect!
But now, it was all clear somehow, coming from the same family, seemed to have provided some basics of the solutions but....them suffering same fate, still was inexplicable.
With all the memories gathered back, he can know what was she bothered of, if not particular!
They just exchanged the gaze in silence until Aryan slid his hand effortlessly into his pocket, taking out his mobile, texting her something.
Tara had to look away, witnessing the ringed phone she placed on the small table beside her bed.
'Let us forget everything and move on?!' the text made her stare the screen for a long time until she looked back at him, who offered her a soft smile that conveyed hope!
A moment of silence took over her before she gave him a slight nod, his smile resembling on her face.
Perhaps, that was the better way to begin something new!
'Thank you, Aryan!' her admission stood silent and unknown. And gentle breeze began to embrace them both, chilling yet warming. As if a cold sway at the old that doesn't serve them anymore and a warm welcome to the new beginnings they are seeking for!
*************
Morning was bright and warm, they all got ready on time, to leave!
The moment when Tara locked the entrance door, she felt her heart heavy, recalling the moment she went through years ago!
She left this place thinking her parents left her, she wasn't sure if this place would help her heal and she chose to leave!
However, things changed! If her vision was truly true, she would then only return to this place, with her parents!
She wants to make sure of it! If she wished to get it back, she wants to make sure she gets back everything she lost! Each and every penny!!
With a soft sigh, encouraging herself, she stepped back, taking in the look of the castle for a time more, unknown that Aryan was doing the same!
She didn't think the time of departure would be coming this early, but, it did!
Arshad and Aryan saw her standing near the grave of Snoopy in silence, her head down, mourning! And more as conveying a goodbye!
However, Arshad didn't understand and tilted his head to Aryan, "I seem to be missing out something!"
Aryan watched the man for a moment, trying to understand what he meant, and when he realised, he replied, "I....gifted her a puppy whom we.....lost in the incident!!"
Arshad only stared the man in silence before he turned away, focusing back to her!
Memories of her when she lost her puppy years ago, played on Arshad's head! A sigh escaped him!
Gathering herself, Tara moved out, she and Aryan drove together, while Arshad came seperately!
Stopping once in the midway for the meal, they then never stopped until they reached their destination.
As they kept driving, surroundings faded away into the distance, and it was evening already. Sun began to set off, the sky slowly letting itself covered by the cloak of night!
Instead of their own house, Tara and Aryan ended up in her uncle's house!
And Aryan as he got off the car, got to witness the beautiful house of the man! Nothing seemed to match with that of Tara's but it was beautiful in its own way, white yet vibrant!
As they made their way in, Mrs.Rhys welcomed them, seemingly surprised a little to witness Aryan as well! As if not wanting to question the thought, she welcomed them with a smile, giving Tara a hug which the woman returned, and offered a glass of water, each.
All of them sat at the dining table, exchanging a random conversation, and that's when Deep made his way down the stairs!
He returned home early this day so he could welcome his sister, and when while being in his room, heard the sound of chatter and brief laughs, he knew she was back!
Their gaze met with him, welcoming him with a smile!
Deep reached his sister with a smile, encouraging himself, shoving off anything that came between him and the happy moments he could share with his family.
Tara who was till now seated, got up, giving a hug to him!
"I missed you!" he said with a soft sigh, pulling himself away!
"It's been just a week!" she scoffed.
"Your company is a burden!" he scoffed as well!
They both laughed and soon all of them had a pleasant dinner together. The atmosphere was all of their chatter, laughter and happiness!
Tara was happy to reunite with her uncle's family, feeling complete in a way, momentarily forgetting all her worries.
Aryan who wasn't only happy to see Tara happy but also to get his time spent with such a pleasant family, felt glad that they ended here rather Tara's house. They both would be missing out the happiness they needed, else! Feeling glad to not only being welcomed by her but the relations she share as well!
Rhys who was worried about Tara after witnessing the conversation between her husband and son, was relieved to have this pleasant dinner! Feeling everything getting back to normal! While also getting to see Tara happy with a man, spending more time with someone who was capable enough to handle her, made Rhys feel more relieved. After all, it's been years since she saw her with contentment.
Arshad was happy seeing Tara and Aryan happy together! He was hoping their visit to their grandparents will help them come across their problems and about the attacks thing, he didn't want to think about them now! It could only help him stay restless! And he even hoped that the external problems they were facing would come to an end soon! And Deep, seemed to be fine as well, so he felt at ease!
Deep, who though was worried about the situation, was momentarily glad to have his sister back. Seeing her happy, only encouraged him more to fight back the person who was trying to ruin her life! Seeing her together with Aryan, made him feel like, the man would take care of her! Yes, the man who was his enemy, said right! Tara was lucky enough to have Aryan beside her! He would save her at any cost, Deep didn't doubt! And, he could rest ease, and focus all on his enemy!
Deep shoved every worrying thought of his and tried to enjoy the meal!
All of them experienced a light-hearted moment, together which they wished to last long!
