"No rushing!!"
Aryan blinked as Tara stood suddenly making him stand as well, taking him to the living room as she swirled him around! He almost lost his control as she did it leaving his hand suddenly!
"What are you upto?" he asked as she now played a soft tune in the background, turning on the gramophone!
Aryan was taken aback by the sudden soft tune, not only was it working, after this many years, but also was the recorded tune the best of all what he heard in his whole life perhaps!
"A dance!" Tara replied with a wink grabbing back his attention!
"Da-Dance? Now?!"
"What? I still remember that day when you took over the role of best dancer!" she scoffed!
Aryan sighs as though it doesn't matter now, "We just had our breakfast!" he complained though the music now began to melt his cores!
"I didn't cook heavy, did you eat heavy?!" she teased as she pulled him closer suddenly!
Aryan found himself holding her while she rest her hands over his shoulders! Tara began to move slowly, her steps synchronising with the music, and Aryan again found himself surrendering as he moved along with her!
"I like it!!" he whispered!
Tara smiled, what did he like in specific?!
"It was as well gifted by my grandfather, my mother used to like this a lot!!"
Well the music was a better option to choose!!
"I suddenly feel like to meet your grandfather!!"
Tara didn't respond, even she didn't, she kept on saying that she wanted to be alone, but somewhere, deep down, even she wanted to meet her grandparents, atleast once!
Her hands went around his neck, "You know by worrying about future, you're only ruining your present!"
"Our present!"
Aryan knew she didn't wish him to worry, he taking a deep breath leaned in resting his forehead against hers as his eyes went shut!
"Tell me you won't ruin our present!!" Tara closed her eyes as well!
Aryan who still held her by waist suddenly swirled her, holding her back, her back resting against his chest! He was hugging her from behind! Tara with an unheard gasp shot her eyes open as if wanting to hear him out while her hands rested over his!
Aryan still had his eyes shut, "I am just wanting to have a good present forever!!"
"So you insist!!" Tara sighed, while he pushed her away before pulling her back with a swirl again, gently by holding her hand, letting her fall into his arms, his eyes open now, staring down into her emerald eyes!
"As you wish, I will not ruin our present!!" he leaned in kissing her cheek, Tara watched him pull himself away while her heart skipped a beat!
He pulled her up along with him, into his embrace, and without even giving her any time to think, "But that doesn't mean I will not be thinking about our future!"
Aryan's right hand now travelled up along her body curves, finally tucking her hair, while his every gentle touch made her feel the intimate sensations, making her take a deep breath as she felt it being hitched!
"Cause I said! I want to live with you forever!!"
Tara found herself speechless, she wanted him to get rid of unnecessary worries as of now cause she didn't know how long will they be staying here and before returning she wanted to experience a life she always wished for, while his every word made sense to her!
Taking a deep breath again, she guided her hands to reach up, resting against his chest, "Aryan! We are creating those precious memories of life together! Do not forget them until you remember them!" she requested, as even she wished to have a good present with him forever!
Actually....the better one!!
He smiled giving her a nod which she felt like the one she could cherish her whole life, "Never!!" his assurance made her smile!
Aryan took a heavy breath as he leaned closer inhaling her scent, her hair was dry now, but curly, his head resting against hers.
His scent again won over her as her hands travelled back, hugging him!
While his left hand still embraced her, she felt his right hand stroking her cheek, so slow and gentle! Her breath gradually became heavy and his stare didn't help much which made her close her eyes immediately while he kept staring her!
"You really look pretty while avoiding me!!" he spoke in whispers making her take a heavy breath again!
His lips curved up, he always seemed to like her reactions!
Aryan watched her dazed, though the tune kept playing in the background, he could hear his own heartbeat, as he found himself surrendering to his irresistible impulse as he leaned further closer, planting a soft kiss on her closed eye before effortlessly moving for another!
Tara felt his gentle touch of lips before they went up kissing her forehead which then slowly got dragged down to her nose, making her open her eyes suddenly! She watched him watch her, as he then kissed her cheek slightly tilting his head! Her lips parted as he made his way to the other side and finally reaching down, just a breath away to kiss her!
When she felt him attempting to move closer, she suddenly felt something moving around her leg, and just that, she looked down making him do the same, while they together realised the presence of their son but not really their son!
Tara looked down Snoopy while he was licking her barefoot, Aryan smiled!
Bending, he took him into his arms as he stood up again, caressing it, making her feel the absence of his touch instantly, "Do you somehow feel left out?" he seriously wasn't trying to tease him!
Tara watched him for a second before her gaze got settled on Snoopy, "One fine day, I might really end up teaching you a lesson!!" she said wondered herself!
Aryan chuckled as he made his way into the kitchen, while she followed him, she saw him taking few cookies from the jar, while just when he attempted to eat it, Snoopy started to move while being in his arms! Which made Aryan chuckle again as he gently put him down before arranging few cookies for him to eat along with a bowl of milk! Snoopy looked at him, then her then back to him as though it was suspicious about something before it finally looked down at his bowl, deciding to eat!
While Tara watched them both in silence. Aryan who now raised reached her without taking his gaze away from Snoopy, "I realised he's way too jealous of me! He wishes to have everything that I have!!"
Tara chuckled, "Well what were you saying?!" he turned to her now!
She gave him a shook which seemed to be of fed up "As you heard it, I think I need to teach him things which he must know!!" she said thoughtfully, looking down her pet who was enjoying it's breakfast!
"Why to even let him be in a position where he should be taught?" his sudden question made her look back at him, immediately getting caught by that hazel in his eyes!
"Pardon?" Tara expressed her confusion while even before she could ask anything more, his right hand reached up her back, his fingers sinking into her hair while he gently pulled her in for a kiss, locking their lips!
Everything came to her by surprise and she couldn't react at time. As she found herself soundless even after he let her go, yet having her in his arms!
Watching him in silence, she swallowed as her hand travelled up, her only index finger pushed his forehead away, making atleast a visible distance between them as he stubbornly held her!
"You lack decency!!"
"Speaker is my master!!" he teased nonchalantly!
The statement made her push him away with a chuckle!
Later, they played with Snoopy in the garden, and even took him for a walk! While returning, they had a nice meal together in a small restaurant nearby before they slowly walked out to return!
Suddenly Tara stopped, while assuring Snoopy on Aryan, she rushed into a small shop leaving a wondered Aryan behind! When she returned, he saw her sitting on her knees as she helped Snoopy to get into the chain she brought for him! It has a gold coated locket which amazingly suited his white hair!
"Doesn't he look good!!" she raised her head with a smile but didn't get to see Aryan anywhere!
As she raised up, holding the chain which put Snoopy in her control, she looked her surroundings trying to find him while all of a sudden she felt the touch of a pair of hands around her neck, from behind!
Aryan gently slid down the necklace he brought for her, then slowly pulling it up along her collarbone, locking the hook with his mouth, which made her slightly flinch!
"He looks good! You look better!!" he whispered in her ear!!
Tara as if avoiding his statement knowingly, looked down the necklace, she noticed this was the one which wondered her when she went in to look around for the best one! The silver coated necklace had a coin like locket with two images of flowers printed on each side!
"What does this mean?" she questioned herself!
Aryan smiled, his left hand going around her waist while his right hand held the locket! Leaning in, resting his chin on her shoulder, he spoke!
"This is Petunias" he said showing her the image of the flower on one side, "It represents hope!!" he said before turning the coin, "And this is.....white clover!" he said, his thumb gently pressing the locket!
"It represents the promise!!"
Tara didn't think this had a lot of meaning she never knew!
"Why did you buy me this?"
She felt him taking a deep breath.
"I made a promise and I hope for it to stay long! Very long!!"
Tara inhaled his scent unknowingly while she thought about it! She didn't ask anything she would want to, she felt like so! She just accepted it with a bare nod!
"Where did you ..... learn these things?" she asked probably not knowing his knowledge about the meanings of flowers! She actually didn't think either that this had a special meaning while she was in there until he had said so! Suddenly she wondered who would have made this!
Aryan kissed her neck without answering her, "As long as it stays, you're mine!!"
Unexpected!!
She didn't say anything in response while the last spelt words echoed in her head! Tara moved away from him, and without turning back, she moved ahead, walking back to the castle. Aryan's lips curved up at corners as he followed her!
The entire time they walked, a peaceful silence followed!
As if Snoopy was guiding her, Tara followed him though the chain was still in her hands, while Aryan followed her with his hands in pockets!
Tara while walking, kept thinking about what he said! Which promise was he speaking about?!
'You're mine!!' she could still hear them clearly as if he stood right beside her, whispering them all over again!
Should she gift him something as well?
A smile curved her lips as she shook her head at herself, which made Aryan wonder of why as he kept observing her!
She didn't think it as an option! She didn't need anything to own him, it is enough to acknowledge the fact that he belongs to her, she needed no reservations, cause she could feel it, there was no need!
As soon as they reached home, she reached her room, he as though didn't realise it, followed her till she turned and stood in between the entrance, with brows raised! He stopped while she looked at him with a knowing smile, "Goodnight Aryan!!" and just with that, he saw her stepping back, and done, she shut the door!
His head downed instantly, with a defeated smile, he returned to his room with a shook!
Tara wasn't disturbed by him in the night again like the last night and she slept peacefully after tucking Snoopy to sleep, only until she was awakened in the middle of the night!
As she sat on her bed resting her back against the restwall, she felt her throat dry! Her hand instinctively reached for the bottle which she found empty! A frustrated sigh left her as she with a sigh again got up, looking at Snoopy, she found him peacefully asleep!
Not wanting to disturb him, she made no sound while opening and closing the door before making her way down the stairs. She had a glass of water for herself before filling the empty bottle and decided to head back to her room! Making her way up the stairs, she was about to turn to her room's side but halted when she heard a scream from Aryan's room!
Pausing she tried to process if she had a conscious dream but it wasn't, she was completely awake and she didn't mishear anything!! Turning to the opposite side of her room she rushed to his room, opening the door without a knock, and she saw him awake, sitting on the bed, his face full of sweat, his gaze wavered.
Aryan was panting when his gaze slowly shifted, finally settling on her!!
