King Blaine could not say he was very shocked by her confession. Actually, if he was, he did not show it much as the dread that crept up his heart became too much.

"Accalia, thank you so much for your help. Keep it up and keep watching over our people. I would not let up either and do my best," he promised.
"I never had a doubt, old man. Be strong."
"Sure. Now if you'll excuse me, I just need time to think."
King Blaine did not hold his daughter back and allowed her the freedom to do as she pleased. Right from time, he had always been one to let his children go wild and free, setting their wolves at ease.
