CHAPTER 90 – Day 1: Training Center
As promised, Xavier got ready that morning to fetch her and head for the training centre.
Today, he was doing something he had not planned on doing before but considering he gave his word, he needed to be there.
Since he came out earlier than usual, he felt the need to brush her through the basics before letting her have breakfast.
Which was what he did.
All through their walk there, Raven kept to herself and refrained from speaking too much so as not to irk him in any way.
This was the big day she had always waited for.
To her surprise, when they arrived at the training grounds, everything was better than she had imagined it to be.
Unlike the one in Drakenflare, this was perfectly organized with males training in different parts of the wide arena.
Target boards for archers were there, as long as the melee sports.
