His words rang a bell in her mind, 'You are my one and only.'
Never did she think hearing such words would make her heart leap for joy and be satisfied like she was right now.
"Xavier stop, hehe," Raven giggled softly and plastered her palm over his mouth, but his hand reached to take her hand away.
However, what she didn't expect was for him to land a soft kiss on the top of her palm.
"I told you it is okay." He assured her with shimmering eyes. "Be free with what you wish to do. Laugh, I won't laugh at you but I'll be sure to laugh with you."
Her heart skipped when he mentioned that last phrase and like déjà vu, she heard those words resound in her head.
"Cry if you must, I do not promise to wipe it all away but know my love, I'd cry with you and for you. I want to be able to take your pains away and have you free of any burden."
