He took a step down the throne but before he could take another, Raven yelled out.
"No!"
"Silence."
She shook her head, refusing to adhere to his order. "Hate me, if you wish, but do not hurt them, please. Spare them," she pleaded.
His heart cut into pieces seeing her plead for another man.
"No. Since you like them so much, I will take them out."
"Please. If you do, I will not forgive you."
"He killed people and how do you want me to overlook that and explain to their families."
