Sky's POV
I sat cross legged at my desk in the end of the classroom, couldn't really be bothered to hear what my teacher has to say to everyone that will be leaving. I looked over to the clock, wishing that time would go quicker as she carried on going about how life will be different and blah blah blah. I wasn't a little kid anymore.
Then quite unexpectedly, there was a knock on the door. "Come in?" my teacher asked, clearly confused as it was just about to be the end of the final lesson. The door opened, revealing the headmaster. Everyone immediately stood up, apart from me. Why can't this be over already? My new chapter was about to start any minute!
"Students, please come to the assembly hall. I have got an announcement to make." he told us in a strange tone, as if he was slightly drunk. We all then watched him leave the room, before he suddenly tripped over his own feet and face landed on the hard floor, knocking himself out.
"Class, for your last time go to the assembly hall. Don't worry about Mr Adam, I will get the school nurse or an ambulance..." our teacher told us; her voice a little bit shaky, before a few minutes later, we were all in the assembly hall.
In fact, everyone who was leaving was. "Sky, do you think he knocked himself out on purpose?" my good friend, Elliot asked me. "I don't know what happened and I couldn't give a single care." I replied to him before we turned our attention to the lights being lowered down until it was dark enough to see a large cinema screen.
Then, there was a recording of our headmaster way before he knocked himself out.
"Good afternoon, my lovely students. I just wanted to let you all know that there has been a small change in the school, starting from today. You have got a chance to join and make your own clubs. For example, The Vampire Club. Now, you may think they don't exist, don't worry. They...-"
The recording stopped. What the actual hell just happened?
"You heard our lovely headmaster, who wants to join and make their own clubs?" An slightly over-excited nerdy woman asked everyone in the hall. Nerds...
"Nobody!" I ended up yelling at the nerd. A few heads turned to stare at me before a bell rang, alarming us that it was the end of the final day. Thank god.
The lights then automatically turned back on and everyone began to leave. Then, out of nowhere, I saw two women who looked rather suspicious. They both had very pale skin and their eyes were...glowing? No, it can't be. I knew what the headmaster was going to say before he went super weird and drunk.
I simply ignored the two women who were staring directly at me and walked out of the hall.
The Vampire Club? Ha! What a joke.
