"Oliver, can you help me solve this question?"
He was very good at studying. So I couldn't ignore him. I helped him a few times to solve those maths problems. Every time, he would smile at me after I helped him.
But it was strange. Why couldn't I reject him even once? Because of that we eventually got close.
"Hey, class president! The teacher called you."
A student came into the classroom shouting for me. I glared at him coldly and left for the teacher's office.
But why was that no one had called me? Did that bastard lie to me? Why?
That's when I suddenly remembered Daniel. These guys always loved to bully those newcomers.
As I cursed in my mind, I ran back to the class. But everything was fine. However, I noticed the girls looking at me in the corners of their eyes. But nothing was particularly special. So I had to ignore it.
"Are you okay? Did they-"
Even before I finished, Daniel stood up.
"Here, you can go and sit."
