Funerals in the Disciple World is different to your traditional funeral. Instead of people crying and moping around, the Disciple World believe in celebrating their life. Get rid of the sadness and keep the happiness.
In this occasion, the whole of Danketsu is participating in the funeral.
Ryoma was the leader of one of the most important groups in the D.O, the S.I.D. Because of this, he is allowed to have a special funeral in the whole of Danketsu City. A funeral so that his legacy will never be forgotten.
Many people are in Danketsu Hall, eating and dancing to traditional Disciple Music.
Kuragami is there wearing his suit and scarf. He's hanging around eating his favourite food, sugar waffles.
He's with Sasaki, Homura, Hoshiko and Cherry.
"Man funerals sure are fun."
"Yeah. But I'm surprised Kura, how are you taking your Dad's death so well?"
"He wouldn't want me to mope around and cry every day. That's for weaklings. He would want me to carry on getting stronger! Which is what I'm going to do!"
"Fair enough."
A bunch of masked men and women walk in the hall, surrounding Hasake and a Lady. Kuragami looks at that direction and smiles.
"No way!"
He runs right to them.
"Sayo! No way you're back!"
Kuragami hugs her.
"The S.I.D rescued me. Those Shadow Disciples are scary. But they didn't harm me. Infact, they made sure I was fed."
"They probably would have killed you."
"Jheez Kuragami. At least sugarcoat it."
"I'm just glad you're back. Hey Sayo have you seen the funeral. It's so awesome!"
Sayo.
"Kuragami, you go along and have fun with your friends. I'll be with you later."
"Okay!"
Kuragami goes back to his friends.
Hasake then gets everyone's attention. On all of the tvs in Danketsu, they're broadcasting Danketsu Hall so that the people who couldn't get in will still know what's going on.
A suspicious looking group of kids walk in a bar to look at the broadcast.
Hasake then goes on to tell a speech on how Ryoma will be missed and the achievements he's done while he lived.
With some of these achievements being, creating the S.I.D, becoming a Kizoku and defeating the strongest Disciple the world has ever seen.
Kuragami looks sad.
"I can't believe it."
Sasaki looks at him.
"You good Kuragami?"
"There's so much about my Dad that I don't know about. He defeated the strongest Disciple? Who even is it?"
"Not sure."
"Exactly."
His speech is done and everyone exits Danketsu City.
As Sasaki is about to leave, the 2nd Disciple Ruri walks towards him. Sasaki then looks at her.
"What do you want now?"
Sasaki sees she has a sword on her. Ruri gives it to him.
"This sword is-"
"The old man's sword. He told me you won it and I should give it to you."
"To me? But I told him even if I won Bokura can have it."
"Don't you understand you idiot!"
"Understand what?!"
"He wants you to carry on his legacy. He wants you to become a better swordsman than he ever was. And also evolve your sword style."
"My sword style?"
"The style you used to train with when you were little. The one only you done, Nitōryū Wolf!"
"Really?! So. He wants me to use two swords at a time."
"Finally. Your not that much of a idiot."
"Shut up! I'll take it though. And become stronger than I ever was!"
"That's the spirit. Maybe you can become a Kizoku like me."
"I would never wanna be a Kizoku like you."
"Harsh."
Sasaki walks out with Ruri.
"Wanna get some food Sasaki? It's on me."
"Sure."
Kuragami is walking on his own. As he's walking, a bunch of kids walk out a bar in front of him.
He sees them and makes eye contact with the main one. He had purple spiky hair and spiky teeth.
His All Sight kicks in. He sees the main kid punching his face, with the punch sending him into a alleyway. But before Kuragami can react, it already happened.
The main kid walks in the alleyway while the rest block the exit so that people can't see what's going on in there.
"What the hell! What was that for?! This is my Dad's funeral you know?!"
"I am well aware, Kuragami Nozomi!"
The purple haired kid smiles. He cracks his knuckles.
"Let's just pray that this won't be your own funeral too!"
