The 5 Prodigy Disciples are in a forest getting prepared for the Shorai Skirmish. Hoshiko is taking charge. She is standing up in front of all of them while they're sitting on the floor.
"I think it's best to recap what we have to go against. Fine by you guys?"
All of the boys nod.
"Great so let's start shall we? There are two element groups in each section. In the Fire Section, there's Fire Disciples and Inferno Disciples. They have insane fire power that could lead to our destruction. The strongest Fire Disciple and Inferno Disciple are obviously Akuma and Kiyoshi."
"Yeah I would say so."
"Now moving on to the Water Section. The disciples based there are Water Disciples and Ice Disciples, I'm pretty sure you know more than me about this section Kuragami so why don't you tell us what we need to look out for?"
"Ight."
Kuragami stands up and Hoshiko takes his place on the floor.
"Let's see. Let's start with the Ice Disciples. Most of us mainly focus on making our target freeze. It gives us the opportunity to do whatever they want once their frozen. Also, our ice is a good way to get over peoples walls of durability, whatever that means. I heard my brother say it once."
"Well, what about the Water Disciples?"
"Well, I know some Water Disciples that cover their fists with aura, then the aura takes form into some aura powered water and it makes impact really strong. They also use a lot of water to clear space, drown people and also make it piercing somehow. It's kinda cool but it doesn't work on me since I can just freeze it."
"Wait so Ice Disciples are pretty much immune to Water Disciples?"
"No because they can make their water hot enough to where it's impossible to freeze. Us Ice Disciples need a insane amount of aura to freeze skilled Water Disciples water."
"That's good to know. So who's the strongest?"
"The strongest Water Disciple is probably Keikena, the 9th Kizoku. And the stronger Ice Disciple is…"
Kuragami puts his hand on his head and smiles. They all look at him confused. Hoshiko sighs.
"Well it's obviously your brother Yuma. There I answered for him."
"Well, that's not true. But let's move on."
"Weirdo. Anyways sit down. I'll tell you guys about the Earth Section."
Kuragami and Hoshiko both swap places.
"Now the Earth Section are full of powerhouses. The Earth Disciples are the powerhouses. And to assist those powerhouses to make them more power resides the Nature Disciples. They use their aura to heal themselves and others. They also use their aura to create technical attacks that are crucial to defeat their enemies. And the Earth Disciples just destroy everything in their path."
"They sound dangerous."
"They are dangerous, Kuragami. Now let's see. The strongest Earth Disciple is a million percent that ten foot beast, Kazuya, the 4th Kizoku. And the strongest nature disciple is obviously Ruri, the 2nd Kizoku."
"I guess so."
"Now Isamu would you like to tell us about the Air Sec-"
"No."
Kuragami starts to laugh. Daku and Sasaki chuckles a little bit. Hoshiko starts to get irritated.
"Fine, I'll tell you guys myself. The Air Section, Air Disciples. And Thunder Disciples! Both Air and Thunder Disciples are known for boosting their individual speed. They use speed to their advantage. Air Disciples are powerful and their also as tactical and defensive as Nature Disciples. Thunder Disciples can create as much destructive power as Thunder Disciples."
"You are correct."
"Shut up you didn't want to explain."
Kuragami laughs again. Daku and Sasaki chuckles, again.
"The strongest Air Disciple is easily Kenji, not Kanji but Kenji. People rarely get the names confused. I don't know how though. Saying Kanji's name sends shivers down my spine. Anyways the strongest Thunder Disciple is…Anyways we all know who I'm referring too. Let's move on to mine and Daku's Section, the Space Section."
Daku stands up
"Hoshiko, you sit down. Let me explain the Space Section. I'll give you guys a history lesson aswell."
"Fine by me."
Hoshiko and Daku switch places. Daku puts his hand behind his pockets.
"The Space Section, where the Space and Time Disciples used to reside along with the Dark and Light. Now it's just Dark and Light Disciples. Dark Disciples don't care about anything, but they're reasonable. Ours reasons aren't acknowledged so maybe that's why most of us go rogue. I won't though. We're the strongest element group in the world. And then we move on to the Light Disciples. It takes insane amounts of aura for them to fight up to their standards and that's their weakness. If you push them, they won't have enough stamina or aura to carry on fighting."
"It's not true!"
Daku stares at Hoshiko.
"Well maybe."
Sasaki, Kuragami and Isamu starts to stare at Hoshiko. She starts to get shy.
"Ok fine he's right! But he didn't tell you that we do a lot of damage from every single attack. That's important."
"Yeah I guess so. There's not that much about you guys though. Light Disciples are boring. The only interesting thing about them is when they're strong enough with high aura, they can travel above light speed. Anyways we all know who the strongest Dark Disciple is. The strongest Light Disciple is 100% Hayaka."
Hoshiko gives a light applause.
"So is that it?"
"Yeah I guess so. We're done. So what do we do now?"
They all stay silent thinking of what to do next. Sasaki comes up with an idea.
"Why don't we get someone to help us train? You know someone strong like a Takai. It will help us a lot."
"Hey Sasaki, we could get Sky to help us. He's a Kizoku too so he would be really helpful."
"I mean, we can. But what if he's training Cherry and Homura?"
"We won't know until we ask."
Kuragami taps Sasaki's knee and stands up. Isamu and Hoshiko also stands up.
"Let's go find him."
They all go back into the city to look for Sky together.
Sky is standing outside a shop facing two people that just walked in. Kuragami points at Sky.
"Guys look that's him."
They all lightly jog at him.
"Hey Sky! How are you?"
Sky turns around surprised.
"Oh Kuragami, Sasaki. I'm good just waiting for someone to get out the shop."
"Hey Sky. Can you train us? There will be a lot of people after us in the Shorai Skirmish. We want to be prepared. Please?"
Sky forms a straight face. He sighs.
"Well I would but-"
Two people leave the shop. It's Homura and Cherry. The Prodigy Disciples take a look at them. Homura and Cherry are glad to see Sasaki and Kuragami.
"Hey Kura, Sasaki!"
Kuragami and Sasaki ignore Cherry. The Prodigy Disciples walk away without saying a word.
Both Cherry and Homura look at Sky confused.
"What's up with them?"
"They're just following rules, that's all."
"What?"
"Never mind. Let's get back to training."
The three of them walk the opposite way that the Prodigy Disciples are walking.
"So I guess Sky is training them."
"I guess so."
"That's bad news then. They're being trained by a Kizoku."
"Hoshiko is right. That means that they will be a pain in the ass during the Shorai Skirmish."
Daku chuckles.
"What's so funny Daku?"
"You guys are so worried that they're being trained by a Kizoku. It doesn't matter. Once a weakling always a weakling."
"They're not weak!"
"Is that so Kuragami? Why don't you answer this then. Who did the hard work in your mission? The Prodigy Disicples and the Kizoku? Or the basic Shorai in your team."
"Damm you Daku."
"Anyways that's not my point. It's just that you didn't need a Kizoku to join you in your mission. I wonder why he accepted."
Sasaki sighs.
"It doesn't matter. What's important now is how we're going to train."
Daku wraps his arm around Sasaki. Sasaki starts to get annoyed.
"Who said we had to train together? I already know what I'm doing anyways. But before I go."
Daku let's go of Sasaki and looks at Kuragami.
"What?"
"I wanna fight you."
"Why?"
"Why you asking? Are you scared."
"No. I'll never back down from a fight! I just want to know why you wanna randomly fight me."
"It's not random. It's just like I said. I want you to see the difference between me and you."
"Fine. But don't cry when I beat you."
"Whatever you say you candy floss haired idiot. Let's go back to the forest."
They all walk to the forest. Hoshiko catches up with Kuragami. She whispers to him.
"Don't fight him. You will lose."
She then starts smiling and walks off.
Kuragami starts to get pissed.
"I'll make them regret looking down on me."
They reach the forest. Daku is one one side and Kuragami is on the other. Sasaki, Hoshiko and Isamu are on the sidelines watching.
Both of the boys get ready to fight. Hoshiko is doing a countdown.
"3, 2, 1,"
They both power up their aura.
"Fight!"
They both dash to each other. Daku goes for a punch but Kuragami repels it. Then they start trading a countless amount of physical attacks. They're hitting, dodging and blocking each other.
The other can't keep count of how many punches and kicks they threw.
"This is intense guys."
"Yeah. But Kuragami will probably beat him."
"Impossible. I knew Daku ever since he was little. It's impossible for him to lose to someone like Kuragami."
Sasaki laughs at Hoshiko.
"Well if you knew Kuragami for as long as I have, then you know that he makes the impossible possible. Hey Isamu, you lost to Kuragami. Who do you thinks winning?"
"I didn't lose! But Kuragami has lost. I can just sense that Daku is on a different level to us."
"I see."
Daku covers his fist with his dark aura and sends a wind breaking punch to Kuragami's stomach. Spit comes out of Kuragami's mouth.
"There's also one more thing you should know about Daku."
Sasaki and Isamu both look at Hoshiko confused.
Daku grabs Kuragami's right arm and elbows the joint leaving Kuragami in a lot of pain.
"Daku was taught one of the most ruthless fighting styles from young. A fighting style that shows no mercy no matter what."
Daku then grabs Kuragami's head from the back and slams it to the floor.
"Dammit!"
Sasaki clutches on his sword and tries to stop Daku but Hoshiko stops him.
"They both wanted to fight. What's the point of stopping it."
Sasaki starts to get pissed. He lets go of his sword and calms down.
"I think this will be a good lesson for Kuragami. It will show him not to get cocky. Especially in the Shorai Skirmish."
Sasaki looks suspiciously at Hoshiko.
"You don't have to worry about Kuragami. There will be a lot of surprises in the Shorai Skirmish."
"I wasn't gonna worry about him anyways."
"I know."
Daku keeps his hand on Kuragami's head. Kuragami tries to resist and stand up to Daku is stopping him from doing so.
"It's time!"
Daku raises his dark aura. Dark clouds start forming around Daku and Kuragami. The pressure around them rises.
"Dammit this isn't good. I'm gonna lose."
"Dark Pulver-
Sasaki dashes to Hoshiko making sure she don't have time to react. He pulls out his sword and places the edge on Daku's neck.
"It's over. Now stop."
Daku smiles. His aura dissapears and he lets go of Kuragami. He puts his hand in his pockets and walks off.
"I'll go with him."
Hoshiko catches up with Daku and walks off with him. Daku looks back at Kuragami on the floor.
"Good luck in the Shorai Skirmish. Weakling."
Kuragami looks at Daku furious as he walks off.
Hoshiko whispers something to him.
"Hey Daku, I think he knows."
They both take a glance at Sasaki.
"It doesn't matter. I'll destroy them all. The Shorai Skirmish is just a stepping stone for me."
"It's always about you huh?"
"Who else would it be about? I'll be honest though, Kuragami ain't all talk. But Sasaki should've been second, not him."
There's a female voice being projected from a unknown dark place. A voice that no one can hear.
"Kuragami Nozomi. I thinks it's time I start lending you some of my power. But when she comes here, I need her to keep me secret."
