As soon as the line got through, Todd said directly, "Hello, Paul."
"Mr. Lewis, hello." Paul was not surprised when he received Todd's call.
"I will get to the point. I want to ask you for help," Todd worried about Leah and said straightforwardly.
"Are you talking about Leah?" When Paul received this call, he had already guessed what Todd was going to say.
"Yes, please do me a favor anyway," Todd said, "I owe you one. Whenever you need me in the future, I will do my best to help you."
"Okay, I will go to Lake City," Paul sighed over the phone and said, "Honestly speaking, I've been busy at work recently. But since you reached out to me, I am not going to reject it." Paul also owed Todd a favor. Todd had once saved Paul by chance when the latter was about to get assassinated by his opponent.
"Great. Thank you, Paul." Todd's tone was full of joy. "Where are you now? I will pick you up."
"I am in the hospital," Paul said.
