I slowly stood up as I lifted him up with no effort and carried him to his apartment
I placed him on his bed and covered him well
I was about standing up when suddenly he grabbed my wrist making me sit down beside his bed

He muttered as he let go of my wrist

I whispered while standing up and heading to my apartment while the events of tonight slowly played on my head

I slowly opened my eyes as the Ray's of the sun which passed through my curtains reflected on my eyes
It was morning,I thought as I stirred lazily on my bed
My eyes drifted to the wall clock and my eyes almost popped out from their sockets
It was 2pm and I was still on bed
I was damn late for work but I got nothing to worry about since it was my company and morever my PA Nathan will handle everything in my place
I checked my phone and I saw 15 missed call from Nathan
Am sure he would be worried
I slowly stood up from the bed and I could feel my head spinning

I winced in pain as I held tightly to my head
And slowly the events of yesterday started replaying on my head
I remember after my day's work in the office,I went to a bar and drank myself to stupor

He picked the call immediately it's started ringing

"Very well then,we shall see tomorrow"

He replied as I disconnected the call

I thought as I entered the bathroom to have a nice cool bath
After having my bath I decided to grab lunch in a nearby restaurant
I grabbed my apartment keys together with my car keys but on a second thought I dropped my car keys
I felt like having a stroll around the town today
As I was getting close to the restaurant I bumped into someone and her coffee spilled on my shirt

I cursed inwardly

she apologized

I replied picking some of her stuffs which dropped on the floor
I slowly looked up and my gaze met her gaze

"Am so sorry Carolina"
I apologized
"It's okay Evan and morever I was the one who spilled coffee on you"
She said as she bit her lower lips
I laughed and suddenly a plan came into my head
"Why don't you have lunch with me??,at least to repay for your clumsiness"
I laughed as I stare at her
"I am not the clumsy one Evan,we both know u are the clumsy one,I mean u were not even looking where you were going to"
She replied as she joined me in laughing
"Deal then"
I replied as I held her hand not hearing her protest and dragged her to the restaurant
We spent the whole time talking and laughing
She was really a great eater as she kept on eating and eating the whole food we ordered
After eating I asked her to tell me the events of last night
I was a bit embarrassed when she told me she took me to my room
She kept on talking and telling me the details about last night events and skipping the part where we kissed,acting like nothing happened
"So what about the kiss Carolina"
I finally asked her as I etched an eyebrow to her
"Really Evan?must you talk about it"
She asked as she rolled her eyes and I could see her cheeks turning red

I thought as I laughed out loud,she pouted her lips and threw her chopsticks at me which I luckily caught and handed it back to her
After we finished eating we decided to take a stroll around the town together and it was fun

She kept on talking, talkingand talking

I thought as I entered my apartment after wishing her a goodnight

I got into my apartment and stated working on my laptop finishing a project and sending it to Nathan
