Evan said as his eyes took a shade of red and big black wings came out from his back

Mia muttered as she ran for the door, Evan smirked and before Mia hand could touch the doorknob Evan appeared in front of her
She gulped down the lump which was in her throat as she slowly moved away from Evan
"Don't touch her Evan"
They heard a voice boom behind them
"She's mine"
Carolina said and smiled as the chains broke free from her body
"Your wish is my command,my lady"
Evan said as he made a slight funny bow
Carolina giggled and supersped as she grabbed Mia by the neck and in the next seconds sent Mia crashing on the floor
She weakly stood up as she advanced towards Carolina with her claws
Carolina swiftly ducked her claws and inserted a strong kick to her knee which sent Mia on the floor
Carolina picked up the sharp knifes which Mia used to inflict pains on her body and advanced towards Mia who was now crawling backwards
"Please Carolina,please forgive me,am so sorry,please forgive me Carolina, please"
Mia pleaded
"Forgive you??,you made my life terrible Mia,you sepereted me from the one I love for 500 years,you made the villagers hate me,you ruined my life,you fucking ruined my life Mia and you want me to forgive you??!!!"
Carolina yelled as tears fell freely from her eyes
"I trusted you,I called you my best friend but you stabbed me at my back, people like you don't deserve forgiveness Mia,you don't"
She continued
"But am not like you and will never be like you Mia,you are a demon"
Carolina softly said as she dropped the knifes and started walking away
Mia smirked as she took the knifes and threw it at Carolina but Evan supersped and caught the knife midair as he threw it back at Mia
The knifes penetrated right through her heart and she dropped dead on the floor
"I forgave her Evan,I forgave her"
Carolina whispered as she hugged Evan
"You tried your best Carolina,you did but she was just so selfish"
Evan said as he held tightly to Carolina
They were still hugging when suddenly the door barged open and the villagers(vampires) walked in
Carolina and Evan disengaged from the hug as they each took a fighting pose
"We are not here to fight you Carolina,we are here to ask for your forgiveness"
A woman spoke as she approached them
"We finally knew what happened 500 years ago with the help of Katherina the witch,she told us what really happened and we are really sorry"
She said as she knelt down and the other vampires also knelt down in front of Carolina and Evan
"I have forgiven you guys a long time ago so I will appreciate if you all rise up"
Carolina spoke softly as she helped the woman stand on her feet
"Thank you Carolina"
The woman whispered as she hugged Carolina
"And that was how the villagers begged for forgiveness after we defeated
Carolina concluded her story and her children applauded her
"Any questions"
She asked as Evan walked into the house
"Daddy's back"
The children squeeled as they ran and hugged Evan
"Welcome daddy"
They chorused
"Thanks kids,so what were you guys doing"
Evan asked his children as they disengaged from the hug
"Mummy was just telling us an interesting story"
Katherina said happily
"Mummy??"
Kain called out
"Yes dear"
Carolina replied as she gently stood up and gave Evan a sweet hug before returning back to her sitting position
"Mummy so how did you escape from the villagers wrath when they wanted to burn"
Kain asked his mother as he sat down beside her

The villagers all chanted in one voice

The man asked admist tears

The poor girl kept on pleading

The villagers continued Chanting
Mysteriously a strange light appeared from nowhere and blinded the eyes of the villagers and before they could recover,the strange light had disappeared alongside with Carolina
Carolina woke up just to discover she was in a small cottage
She slowly sat on the bed in which she was laid and almost immediately the door bursted open revealing a young woman
"Who are you and why did you save me??"
Carolina asked the woman
"I am Katherina,the last survivor of the witches clan and the reason why I saved you is best known to me"
She replied as she smiled at Carolina

Kain said excitedly
"But mom??"
Katherina slowly started
"What happen dearie"
Carolina asked as she pecked Katherina
"Mom so what is daddy??is he a vampire or a demon"
Katherina asked Carolina
"Oh my dear,that a very good question dearie,well your father was a weak vampire because he drank animals blood and in order to save him,the witch Katherina gave him a portion which made him a demon,so he is technically a vampire and a demon"
Carolina replied as she stood up
"No more questions dearies, it's time to sleep"
She announced as the children bid Katherina and Evan good night
