" it's ok sir you can take hers" Ashley replied with the coolest voice which was impossible to believe. Mr Griffin settle for Poppy's notes,whilst scanning through the pages, he received a shocker

Minutes turned into hours yet there was no sign of Ashley, soon enough the bell rang releasing the students from school sessions for the day. Zed went in search of Ashley in the crowded hallway, after several minutes of an endless search he sighted a figure that looked exactly like Ashley, with a smile sitting perfectly on his face, he immediately ran up to where the figure stood
" there you are, I've been searching everywhere for you"
" huh?... I'm sorry do I know you?"

"you're the new guy right?" she interpolated
"stop playing games, you asked me to wait for you and I did but you never came back"
"what on earth are you jabbering about?" she asked confusingly

" oh" she chuckled "I'm not Ashley....I'm Glenda,her twin sister "
"twin?" he questioned with disbelief
" yeah and I don't know where Ashley is but if you're waiting for her I suggest you go home". Zed stood still without uttering a word, he watched her walk away.
" I'm pretty sure that's Ashley" he muttered. Despite the advice, he still stayed back for some extra minutes hoping to see Ashley yet there was no sign of her so we drove home.
"yeahhhh!! my Bobby dazzler is back!" Valerie a six year old girl screamed, whilst running up to Zed

"in the kitchen making some spaghetti bologones" Zed bursted into laughter

"say the prayers Val so we can all eat I'm extremely famished"Zed pleaded
"Thank you most gracious father for the meal you've set on our table, thank you for providing us with an excellent cook such as Nanapop, I also pray that you make big bro Zed get married to that beautiful princess I saw in his bag so they could give birth to cute prince and princesses amen"
" what are you talking about ?" Zed throwing an interrogating stare
"I think her name is Ashley"

"table manners Val " she gave a stern look, trying hard to hide her amusement in a little girls smartness.
"phew, that was close" Zed muttered under his breath. The meal went on quietly except the continuous clattering of plates and Zed trying his possible best to avoid eye contact with Valerie.
" I'm done, thanks Nana" she pecked her cheeks, avoiding Zed
" done? you've barely touched your meal and why don't I get a peck as well?"
" I don't think my tummy can contain any more and you'll get a peck when you stop lying"
" but I didn't" he defended, Valerie rolled her eyeballs " goodnight" she ran upstairs, leaving Nana and Zed on the dinner table

" No need to thank me it's my job" she smiled.
