As soon as Ellen left Betty with Golda she texted Melanie
Ellen:"She's in. Time to begin. Is Jean with you?"
Melanie:"Yep she's right here we're coming to your place."
Ellen "You both should play your cards well!"
Melanie: "Yeah, we will. Be at your place in a few seconds"
A few minutes later when everyone was sitting in the living room chatting the door bell rang. It's time to cover up my mistakes, Ellen thought as she went to get the door. Melanie and Jeanette were standing there. "Oh it's you."Ellen pretended "Come in."
"No need, we are not here for you. We are here to see the beautiful childhood bestie you've been bragging about these past few years. Is she in yet?"Melanie said and Jeanette rolled her eyes probably to say she wasn't so good an actress.
"Yeah she is."Ellen replied. Betty might have heard them talking about her because she walked over to the door and said hi.
"Hi."Melanie said and hugged Betty. Jeanette waved at Betty and fake smiled.
They stepped outside and Ellen closed the door.
" I'm Melanie, Melanie Carr and this is Jeanette Pattinson."
"Whoa, holy shit! Tell me you aren't related to these people."Betty said surprised.
"Yup they are"Ellen said
"No way. I can't believe I was hugged by the daughter of 'the Alan Carr' and I am standing in front of OMG the batman's daughter. "Betty said happily and hugged Jeanette who looked like she would bath a hundred times after that hug.
"I'm sorry. I've just gotten a little carried away."Betty apologized.
"It's okay. We are very happy to meet you. Hope to spend more time with you." Melanie said to Betty with her hand on her
shoulder.
"Wait, wait, wait.What do you mean by that. Guys, Ellen's best friend has finally arrived and we must show her how fun we ladies are." Everyone, even Betty was shocked when Jeanette spoke. And they looked at her with surprised faces.
"Come onnnn! Don't look at me like that, you know what I mean right?"
Melanie, Jeanette and Ellen chuckled and shouted "LADIES OUTING!!!"
"I'm sorry ?"Betty asked confused.
"Oh honey, that only means we are going to shop at the mall and until the security kicks us out!"Melanie said with both hands on Betty's shoulders.
"Wait,what kick us out?"
"That was a 'Mel humor ' Betty." Ellen explained and Melanie's phone vibrated.
She checked it and said "Shoot, I'm sorry. My mum need me home now. I have to go. Nice meeting you Betty." and she pecked Betty's cheeks. "Bye Ellen." And Melanie and Jeanette left.

"You have really nice friends." Betty said to Ellen later in the evening as they were preparing for bed.
" Mmhmm."Ellen said.Though Mel and Jean were nice people they were just acting. Jeanette saw herself as a high class girl and will never have ladies outing with someone like Betty.
"So ladies outing Tomorrow?"
"Nope, ladies outing is only on Saturdays and tomorrow is Friday."
"So what do we do tomorrow?"
"Mmm let's see, tomorrow... tomorrow... right!let's go and check the library out tomorrow. A friend of mine works there."
"Cool I could do with some books."
"Kay, so first thing tomorrow, library."
