Then eventually, when her body collapsed to the floor the flames had an eerie purple glow before getting wider and hotter.
"Damned humans and their ignorant selves. I'll need to cleanse myself soon."
-{009 Stat Elevation Points granted. According to past order, 3 Points have been used to Elevate overall Sorcery Ability, 3 have been used in Strength and the rest in Dexerity.}
-{Would you like to see your Stat table? Y/N} The System asked Azur.
"No, I realize I have wasted too much time. I thought it would be easier to ask for an exact location, but it turns out it was a waste of time." Azur said as he stepped out of the burning brothel with all of those trapped inside of it.
The Regal Flames from the burning woman spread violently throughout the building and quickly engulfed all of the customers and sex workers.
"You're done already!? Talk about an unhealthy smash, you really need to be able to last longer." The brothel owner taunted.
"So you gonna pay for the door or what? Wait, what's that smell?" The man asked as the smoke from the burning brothel filled the reception.
The man stood from where he was seated only to move to the back to see the corpses that were completely burnt to a crisp and the flames that kept on raging on and on.
"What is this!?" The man screamed out before he randomly combusted in Azur's Regal flames.
"Thank you, I will be forever grateful." Azur honestly thanked before leaving.
In Azur's gratitude to the husband who owned the brothel and the wife that had answered his questions he let their child go.
As she steadily stepped out the Regal flames paved a safe path for her where she could walk without being burnt and she had no other choice but to follow.
Her family had it the hardest in this town, the man that was her father gave up on looking for a means of maintaining life from fishing and started this irritating business with every girl of age that was willing in their town.
Her mother was forced by him to take part in this horrible business, for as long as she could remember she only saw her mother without clothes being passed around by men.
"Who are you?" The emotionless child emerged from the building that had been set ablaze unscathed.
Azur kept walking clearly because he didn't hear her little voice, but he felt a weird feeling. A feeling he never thought he would feel from anybody, the feeling of being threatened by the gaze of a being.
He immediately turned to look behind him, putting himself in a battle-ready position expecting something else.
"You are the offspring of the filth. You have a weird feeling, like mine. I enjoy it." Azur said as he put himself at ease.
"Who are you?" She asked again.
"Who am I? Well, I am a Noble Defender Sorcerer; Azur. Surname not needed." He answered.
She kept silent and kept staring, she watched her own mother get engulfed in the flames of this man, saw her father's Incinerated corpse only to step out to find everything she ever knew completely destroyed.
He single-handedly turned a town to hell, he was no Defender, he was much worse than the Demonic Destroyers in the stories that were told to this child.
Azur released an ample amount of his lethal crimson Energy and bore two crimson wings composed of merely energy.
"No hard feelings, okay kid?" Azur pleaded as he took to the skies and vanished in the dark sky.
A sky made dark by the destruction that Azur had caused. With Azur's leap into the air, he managed to displace a lot of the settled ash and they covered the little girl's line of sight.
The building she emerged from was already collapsing and the heat from just being in this town was making her feel like she was losing moisture.
"I can finally do it; my future is looking brighter than I thought." Azur said.
He arrived at a forest a long distance from the town.
"I wonder how a Crypt that was originally in the water has its last treasure on land this far away from the original location, it just isn't logical." Azur lamented to himself as he walked around in the forest.
This was going to be a hard find for him since he wasn't a Sorcerer that paid much attention to Energy Sensing but he was focused on sensing any out of place Energy flow here.
He finally found a weird Energy flow that was too controlled. In his thinking, no organism except high leveled ones like humans or intelligent Beasts should ever have such a focused Energy in such a vast amount.
He rushed toward it only to stumble upon religious grounds.
A small shrine with what seemed to be a small elf kneeling before it, inside the shrine was a mossy stone tablet which the Elf was clearly worshiping.
"@#%&*^#$@!" The elf spoke in a weird language.
"I came here at the perfect time it seems." Azur said with a psychotic smile on his face.
"@#%&*^#$@!" The elf kept on chanting. Ignoring Azur.
"Those sound like basic worship chants, not any summoning ones. You can't be trying to summon a demon." Azur said to the elven creature.
"They are not worship chants but chants that show gratitude. I was supposed to be tasked with finding you and here you are." The elven creature finally paid attention to Azur.
"Oh, you notice me. Well, yes, I wanted to save you the trouble of coming to find me. How thoughtful of me." Azur said boldly.
The quest for someone to interrogate for the guardian's whereabouts, the destruction of the town, all of this was just so Azur would encounter this and face such a situation.
A situation in which all the conditions to become a Fiend shall be met.
A divinely instructed and crafted being such as a guardian who has lost their purpose completely can summon a Demon in their sorrow and become a Fiend with a new purpose.
This was merely one of the ways a Demon could be called upon but it was the most likely.
Azur knew that this could be his only chance to encounter a naturally made Fiend on his own line of reality.
In fact, his reasons for being here today were so many and intertwined that explaining them all in one go was almost impossible.
The little blue haired and white eyed elf started tremendously increasing muscle mass and looked more terrifying by the minute.
"Oh, I was late." Azur said, putting his hands behind his back. Readying himself for battle.
