Aella walked out of the sitting room and she heard Bane following from behind her before her elbow was gripped to stop her.
She turned back to stare up at him with question and his golden orbs seemed to be in conflict.
"Why do you not want to reveal that I am a demon? You even lied that you have your heart for me when that is not the case," Bane frowned and Aella sighed under her breath.
Was he seriously asking her that question because he didn't know?! How couldn't he realize the serious problem they were going to be in if her mother knew what nature of being he was?
Aella felt tired of explaining this over and over again but if he wasn't still aware of the dire consequences they would receive when her family knew he was a demon, she would reiterate it a hundred times.
