"You brute!!" Aella blasted as she grabbed his collar and pulled him close to her seething face.
Bane's smirk never waned as he glanced down at her with a mischievous look on his face which made her flustered.
He looked dashing as the light glowed on his face and it made her gulp slightly.
"You did that on purpose, did you not?" She tried to return her aggression and not be swayed by his gorgeous look.
"Why the accusation?" Bane raised an eyebrow to claim innocence and she gritted her teeth.
"Stop playing with me, Bane," she warned with a glint in her blue eyes.
"Think about it, I am the one keeping this cart in the air, if you try to harm me, it would not turn out well for you," Bane muttered and Aella gasped slightly when she realised what he meant.
"How shameless of you," she hissed and Bane shrugged lightly.
