A few hours of quick runs later, Michael found a large forest. The forest has larger trees than the world he was in for the tutorial.
While walking through the desert during those few hours, he found a few small beasts of only level 9. So he got some experience and went up to level 11.
The beasts in the desert are all like scorpions, snakes and giant spiders. These beasts didn't scare him and he could easily kill them in one shot.
I got out of that desert faster than I thought. Even though I have food rations to last for dozens of days in my hidden weapon dimension. But this forest looks pretty dangerous to me. I'd better keep activating my Camouflage in this area.'
So Michael continued on his way through this large forest. Except that as he was just entering the forest, a large hyena of about ten meters approached quickly from where he was.
It's strange, that this hyena is running towards me, because I have activated my Camouflage skill. Or maybe it means she has more than 20 levels of difference with me.'
Michael quickly moved out of the hyena's way, however the hyena stopped following her and continued on her way without bothering with him. This showed that she had less than 20 levels of difference with him.
'Just as I thought, she must be running from a beast even scarier than herself... '
With no more concern for the hyena, he continued on his way. After a few more minutes, he arrived at a large plain without trees. It is extremely strange to find a place like this in a forest.
It is either the consequence of a natural disaster or a mass destruction of a monster or a human. The second choice is most likely. Especially in this world where beasts can be dozens of meters high.
In this plain, there are hundreds of monsters, all eating or watching their children. None of them were fighting even though they are all different from each other.
This is the perfect place to gain experience, maybe I should stay here to gain levels for the next few days. But how can I kill them all in one go... I might have an idea... I just have to use my Poison Dagger skill and try to slash most of the monsters to kill them quickly.'
Michael warmed up quickly and thought of a route he could take to kill them all as quickly as possible. Of course, it's still not certain that his plan will work. But hopefully there will be nothing to stop him and he can safely pull off his plan.
