"I'm glad all of you have come. We've just received important news from the Student Council President that the Fallen Angels have been attacking our people and disturbing the peace of the town. Their main stronghold is the Church of Uriphela...within Tatsuya's neighborhood." Yuki said.
I had a flashback about the church and immediately thought about Lily. I looked down. "I couldn't save her from that bastard of an Exorcist.."
"Why would you want to save her? She's our enemy, I will not go over this again Tatsuya. Committing a Taboo like this is breaking the same Law the Demon Lord of-"
"Screw the law!" I yelled.
Nekona, Azuki, and Erika looked at me.
"Tatsuya, you will not have that kind of tone with me understand? I understand how you feel, but she's a Fallen Angel. Our enemy. You are a Devil and that's that!" Yuki said and walked over to me.
I had a flashback about what Akriel tried to do to her. "I can't sit by when I know her life is in danger in the hands of Akriel. She protected me from Akriel and you expect me to just kill her? Bullshit!" I stood up.
"Alright, if you don't want to listen to reason, I'll just have to force you." Yuki said then snapped her fingers, placing a spell on me.
My body felt a bit strange and I looked at myself. "What did you do to me?"
"It's an Arcane Spell. You can't leave this room as long as the spell is active. Listen...I know how you feel, but I can't lose you due to Banishment by the Anti-God." Yuki said then held my shoulders.
I looked at Yuki then looked away. "You think this is gonna stop me from helping a friend?"
"Yes. No one has broken an Arcane Spell of Imprisonment ever. I'm not allowing you to do anything stupid understand? You're still new here. So please understand I'm doing this for your own good." Yuki said then sat me down, gently. "Alright ladies, let's go meet with the Student Council."
"Yes president." The others said.
I watched them leave the room and close the door. I groaned and looked at my right arm. "Can't you help me break out this shit? I can't allow Lily to die!"
"Yeeeaahhhhh...no. Arcane Magic isn't easy to break at all. Even with Belphegor's ability to ignore the effects of anything out of sheer laziness, the Arcane Spell overpowers that ability. It's called Priority Effect." Asmodeus explained.
"Priority Effect? The hell does that do?" I asked.
"Priority Effect is an ability that makes it so a skill, power, or status takes first priority before anything else. Because Belphegor's Inherent Omninescience ability doesn't have Priority Effect, it doesn't override the effects of the Arcane Spell of Imprisonment which does have Priority Effect." Asmodeus explained.
"Tch! I refuse to be locked up here while Lily is still in danger!" I stood up and walked to the door and placed my hand on the door then a magic symbol appeared in front of me, blocking me. "I don't care how long it takes...I'm still gonna try to break out of here! Belphegor!"
The Sloth Symbol shined in my hand then I summoned the Sin Bringer. I proceeded to attempt to break out of the room.
"Thank you for coming, Yuki Arcane." The student council president said.
"Of course, Suzumi Ifrit. Let us being, what's the current status?" Yuki asked.
"I currently have members of my House of Ifrit doing reconnaissance around the area to see how we should best subdue the Fallen. Because they made the first move, it's all fair game to kill them or capture them to further question them, but knowing you Yuki...I'm sure you'll be more than happy to slaughter them.." Suzumi said.
Yuki smirked a devilish smirk and her red eyes shined. "I've been wanting to kill those heretics for a long time since you first told me about them a few days ago...now the time has come for them to pay their debts."
Suzumi nodded then a communication magic circle appeared in the middle of the table. "Rosalia...anything to report?"
"Yes. I know the best time to strike. We have to strike at night time to reduce the amount of attention we draw to ourselves." Rosalia stated.
"Excellent. You hear that ladies? We've got a rocky night ahead of us." Suzumi said then looked back towards Rosalia. "Thank you for your report, I'll make sure everything is prepared."
"Lady Yuki, should we check on Tatsuya?" Erika asked.
"He should be fine, after all he can't break the Spell. It's impossible for some of his level." Yuki said.
I panted and leaned against the door. I looked up at the ceiling and closed my eyes in defeat.
"I tried to tell you, no matter how many sleep resets you do, you're not breaking through the Priority Effect." Asmodeus said and sighed.
"I can help you." A voice said. She sounded really nice and sweet.
I looked at my right arm. I noticed a faint orange glow on my arm. "You must be another one of the Demon Lords."
"Yep!~ I am Beelzebub~ Nice to be in your presence oh future Demon Lord~" Beelzebub giggled.
"I'm not sure if I'm Demon Lord material." I chuckled. "Beelzebub...you must be the Sin of Gluttony."
"Yep!~ I can consume anything even Magic Effects~" Beelzebub said.
"Oh?" I said, impressed.
"As the Demon Lord of Gluttony who's wielded the Sin Bringer, her power was actually unknown because all she'd do was hang around Lucifer and Leviathan most of the time, and partake in eating contests all the time. All she does is eat." Asmodeus said.
"No I don't! I do more than eat! I'm not eating right now!" Beelzebub said in a pouting manner.
I smiled and closed my eyes. "By the sound of it, she sounds like the youngest."
"She is. She's also not usually very talkative like this so she must've taken a shine to you." Asmodeus said.
"He's resilient~ I like resilient guys, you're lucky we are in Hell and not on Earth because I'd love to gobble you down!~" Beelzebub said.
"Uh-" I blushed and tried to imagine what Beelzebub would look like since she's the youngest.
"Don't worry, I'm very much legal in demon and human years if that's what you were thinking~" Beelzebub said.
I sighed in relief. "Do you have some honkers on you?"
"She doesn't. She's a solid a cup. You think with all the eating she does, she'd have some knockers on her! She's as flat as an iron board!" Asmodeus laughed.
"Shut up you overinflated balloon!" Beelzebub whined.
"Oh please, bitch. The men love my knockers, Tatsuya is lucky I'M not on Earth because I definitely would've taken him for myself..~ Virgin men cum the hardest and most~ I can sense his repressed sexual feelings so I'm sure I can satisfy him the best..~ He's perverted like me so we are a perfect match, plus he barely gets any bitches so he won't cheat on me no use for a harem when I'm the only one he needs~" Asmodeus said in a flirtatious way.
"Geez, at first you were hyping me up and now it feels like a low blow.." I sighed and stood up. "Anyway, Beelzebub...lend me your power please."
"Okie dokie~" Beelzebub said then the Sin of Gluttony shined on my Sin Bringer.
I grunted and focused on the Arcane Spell. "By absorbing the Spell...I can break it and be free from the spell..!"
"Arcane Magic is a God Level Magic, absorbing it will take time so you might as well get comfortable and enter into complete focus." Beelzebub said.
"Right.." I said then sat on the floor with my legs criss crossed. I began to focus only on consuming the Arcane Magic.
The night fell and Yuki warped into the forest with her house members. Nekona and Erika ran ahead to the Church while Azuki was setting the magic traps. Yuki placed a hand on her hip and waited.
"With Nekona and Erika concealing their energy, they can't be sensed and with you setting the traps...The Fallen will come right to us." Yuki smirked and closed her eyes. "I don't understand why the Fallen Angels want to fuck with us demons especially the House of Arcane, but we are gonna show them who exactly we are."
"Oh Yuki..~ You being serious gets me so hot~ I want to feed off that energy so please remain that way~" Azuki giggled and heard one of her traps go off and a pained scream.
"So it begins.." Yuki smiled and tossed her golden cross necklace in the air then it transformed into a Holy Sword named the Golden Cross. She caught the sword in her hand then stuck the blade into the ground.
"Well well...Yuki Arcane and Azuki Gadreel. I'm shocked to see you upon Holy Grounds." A man said then landed on a tree.
"If it isn't our old buddy, Virgil. I'm glad you still have the same silver hair and those ugly gold eyes. I still see you fancy tacky and cliche outfits." Yuki said and her eyes shined.
"Heh...Well say whatever you'd like, but in the end this time you will die in my hands." Virgil laughed.
"We'll see about that." Yuki said.
Erika and Nekona stopped behind some trees and looked at the Church. They used their supernatural hearing to listen on two Fallen Angels who were guarding the church.
"You think we are gonna succeed in getting that Sacred Holy Tool? Lily is a very special woman. That Abjuration Magic will make us immortal and unstoppable." A fallen angel said.
"It has to be...Akriel needs to be as powerful as possible as the heir of the House of Abaddon. He already possesses the Star of Destruction blade so Abjuration will do him well. After all, Lily isn't deserving of her Holy Tool as she's come in contact with a devil who wields the Sin Bringer." The other Fallen Angel said.
Erika and Nekona looked at each other. They nodded and rushed out to ambush the Fallen Angels.
"Halt! The Devils are here!" One of the Fallen said.
"This is the end for you!" Nekona bellowed.
I felt the spell getting weaker and concentrated a lot more. The spell began to crack and soon the spell dispersed and I fully devoured the Arcane Spell then opened my eyes. I smirked and stood up.
"Lily! I'm coming to save you!" I said then rushed out of the club room and rushed out of the clubhouse then spread my wings and flew off towards the Church.
"Good job breaking out of the spell! You've just accomplished an God Class Feat even though it took you like ten hours to do." Beelzebub said.
"I know, I wish I was stronger so I can do more for my friends. I feel like I'm holding everyone back...I hate that." I said.
"Don't worry babe~ You'll be stronger in no time." Asmodeus said with reassurance.
I smiled and nodded then continued to the Church.
Nekona dusted herself off after dealing with the Fallen Angels then walked to the doors and kicked it open. Erika followed behind her, with her sword ready.
"It's empty...like all abandoned." Erika said.
The lights turned on and a magic barrier appeared inside of the church. Nekona and Erika stood by each other then heard a choir singing and the organ playing. The Fallen Angels appeared in the area. They noticed Lily tied to the cross behind the pastor.
"Sinners! It is nice for you to join us on this holy day of this Holy Sacrifice! This sacrifice will ULTIMATELY change the flow of the universe...Heaven and Hell are not ready for the power we are about to witness today for our Lord Akriel Wright or more commonly known as Akriel Abaddon, his true name and direct descendant of Abaddon, the Destroyer Fallen Angel!" The pastor laughed. "I am your host for tonight's service...I am Pastor Mariuk Apocalypse."
"No way...You're from the House of Apocalypse..?! The house that singlehandedly destroyed the Fifth Layer of Hell..?!" Nekona asked in shock.
"Yes and now you're about to see true Divinity!" Mariuk laughed. "Let us begin.."
I crashed through the window and absorbed enough of the barrier to let myself in then landed on one knee in front of Nekona and Erika. I stood up and pointed at Pastor Mariuk. "Hold it right there you fucking hairy ass prick! I'm not letting you get your way with Lily!"
"Tatsuya..? How did he break out of the spell..?" Erika said in shock.
"Huh so this clown does have a lot of tricks up his sleeve." Nekona said a bit impressed.
"Well well! If it isn't the Wielder of the Sin Bringer, Tatsuya Hayashi! Word upstairs is that you are the one we should fear but as of lately you haven't shown any feats beyond defeating Tartys. You are foolish to come here and interrupt this service I have prepared!" Mariuk said as he glared at me.
"Fuck your service, with ALL disrespect!" I started.
"Haha! Yeah you tell him my little devil!" Asmodeus laughed.
"Nice.." Belphegor said in a tired voice.
"I wanna eat him whole!" Beelzebub said.
"I know I'm not the strongest Wielder of the Sin Bringer, but I know I'll grow stronger and kick your ass personally and you too Akriel!" I bellowed. "Afterwards I'm saving Lily!"
"SAVE HER?!" Mariuk laughed maniacally. "You're willing to become BANISHED by Anti-God to save some slutty bitch who isn't deserving of life?!"
"Damn straight I'm willing to become Banished to save her! I'll break all sorts of laws for my friends!" I bellowed and my demonic energy surged.
"Nngh! This energy! It's so powerful!" Nekona grunted as she shielded her face from the high winds.
"Tatsuya.." Erika looked surprised.
"Let's do this! Asmodeus!" I bellowed.
"You know it babe!" Asmodeus laughed.
The Lust Symbol shined on my Sin Bringer then I began to release pheromones from my body and glared at Mariuk.
"Get him!" Mariuk commanded then the Fallen Angels rushed towards me.
"Tatsuya!" Nekona bellowed and noticed my smirk.
"I'll kill all who messes with my friends!" I yelled and noticed the Fallen Angels coughing and groaning.
"What is this..?!" A fallen angel woman asked.
"I'm slowly dying..! I can't move..!" Another fallen angel began throwing up blood.
"This is the Intoxication Pheromones also known as the Acerbic Pheromones." I said then chuckled darkly. "These pheromones will kill anyone from the inside, I call this the Death Spore. It corrodes their organs and even causes more pain to those of the same gender!"
"That's actually powerful as hell!" Nekona said in amazement.
Mariuk noticed his minions dying slowly and looked back at Tartys. "Go...kill him and take his Devil Tool...that thing is valuable to us."
Tartys giggled and flew up then flew to me at high speeds. "I told you this wasn't over!"
I constructed a sword out of my lust aura then flew towards Tartys and clashed with her then a repulsive force of energy surged around the area. Nekona grunted and yelled when she was blown away. Erika was blown away as well then shoved her sword into the ground and grabbed Nekona's arm.
"I've been waiting for the day we fight again! I've been wanting to kick your ass for the longest time!" Tartys bellowed and pressed a ball of light energy against my chest and an explosion happened.
Yuki heard the explosion and looked surprised then groaned when she was punched away, crashing into a tree. She fell to one knee. She looked up and wiped her lip.
"You should stay focused on this fight." Virgil laughed and dashed to Yuki.
"Over here!" Azuki bellowed and struck Virgil with a blast of holy lightning and Virgil yelled loudly.
Yuki stood up and ran to Virgil and yelled then slashed her sword then hit Virgil. He coughed blood and was sent flying in the air. "This is where it ends! Black Star Eruption."
Virgil looked surprised hearing those words. "That's a magic skill only Abaddon-" he groaned as he was struck with a powerful blast of cosmic energy.
Azuki looked at Yuki and smiled. "That's done, now let's go check up on Nekona and Erika!"
"Yeah." Yuki nodded then the two rushed off.
"Tatsuya!" Nekona hurried over to me and held me up.
I sat up and the Gluttony Symbol shined on my gauntlet. Even when consuming a portion of that attack it still hit me hard. I grunted a bit as I stood up.
"How are you still standing?!" Tartys yelled.
"You should be worried about figuring out-" I coughed a bit of blood and felt my insides burning. I fell to my knees.
"Tatsuya stay down!" Erika bellowed.
"Tatsuya! I should've known consuming Holy Energy had drawbacks..!" Beelzebub said worried.
Mariuk smirked. "Devouring Holy Energy will hurt even a Demon Lord like Beelzebub. I think I understand how that Devil Tool works, but it's of no use to me anymore since the preparations are complete! Let us begin!"
"No..!" I grunted and tried to get up.
"Almighty God! Heed my call! We come to you today with a Witch who needs to be punished for her sins! Cleanse her of her wicked ways and renew her soul by taking her back to heaven and starting anew! We come to you for a sacrifice! Bless us with her Sacred Holy Tool! Within his name we pray! Amen!" Mariuk yelled and the cross lit up and began to purify Lily.
Lily screamed in pain as the cross began to drain away her life force.
"Stop it!" I yelled.
"Yes! YES! Your Holy Tool is now mine!" Mariuk laughed.
Lily cried in pain as the pain she felt began to grow stronger, more intolerable. She suddenly stopped screaming and her eyes went dull, drained of all life. A ball of light came out of her body and inside the ball of light was her Sacred Holy Tool, two rings that were both golden. One ring had a blue diamond on it, that was the protection ring. The other ring had a golden flower design on it with a golden stone engraved on it, that was the healing ring.
"They...extracted her Holy Tool out of her body.." Nekona said in shock.
"Extracting a Divine Weapon out of someone...means you've killed them.." Erika said.
"Lily!" I yelled and struggled to get out of Erika's hold. "I'll kill you for that! I'll kill you!"
"Tatsuya! Calm down!" Erika tried to hold me down with the help of Nekona.
"She isn't worth it..! You can't fight them..!" Nekona grunted loudly.
Yuki and Azuki made it to the church and looked through the barrier seeing me and looked surprised.
"He broke the Spell.." Azuki said in shock.
"How..?" Yuki asked.
"Did I take away someone you care about..?" Mariuk smirked and looked at me, holding the rings in his hands. "Here, I'll do something for you. I'll give her back to you for your troubles!"
Tartys floated over to Lily's limp body, taking her off the cross and tossing her over to me. Lily landed in front of me and I looked at her with wide eyes. I crawled over to her and looked at her lifeless body then held her in my hands.
"She...She didn't...do anything wrong.." I said and my heart began to beat faster.
"Tatsuya.." Yuki said and placed her hand on the barrier.
"Why...did she..." I grunted and my rage began to overflow. "...have to suffer..?!"
Nekona and Erika began to get a splitting headache as they sensed my energy. They groaned and held their heads. Azuki grunted and fell to one knee as she felt my energy as well. Yuki looked at me in shock.
"I was her only friend...! She just wanted friends! And you took that away!" I yelled and black aura surged uncontrollably around my Sin Bringer.
"What's...this..?" Mariuk asked and looked at me.
"She didn't deserve this!" I yelled and the black aura surged powerfully around my body.
"Yes...Let your Wrath flow free boy." A man's voice said then the Wrath Symbol shined on the middle of my chest.
The Sin Bringer began to transform and armor slowly formed on my arm. The Wrath Aura surged from the Wrath Symbol and armor began to slowly form around my body. I roared then a demonic helmet appeared on my head, completing the demon armor around my body then the armor shined red, signifying I was in the Sin Bringer's Wrath Mode. I set Lily's body down and stood up slowly.
Mariuk laughed and gripped the podium with excitement. "This still isn't the True Mode of the Sin Bringer but this...this is amazing! This is only the Knight Mode of the Sin Bringer! Let's see what you can do now Devil! Tartys! Strike him down!"
Tartys smirked and flew to me at high speeds and slashed her spear at me. "Die Devil!"
I looked at Tartys and caught her spear in my hand, making the Holy Light useless then punched her stomach. She looked surprised and coughed blood. I roared and drove my fist deeper into her stomach and blew her away. She groaned as she crashed through the barrier and through the walls of the church.
Nekona, Erika, Azuki, and Yuki looked surprised.
A nun looked at Tartys and covered her mouth. "She's dead!"
"What?!" Mariuk asked in shock.
"This is the power of Satan himself, Pastor. He is in...Wrath Mode. Allow me to go out there!" Akriel bellowed and spread his black angel wings then flew to me.
I spread my devil wings and flew to Akriel. I constructed a sword made up of my wrath aura and Akriel summoned his Blessed Blade. We clashed and Akriel's Blessed Blade shattered immediately. Akriel looked surprised and I punched his stomach and roared, sending him crashing through the ceiling and he groaned, coughing up blood.
"Tch! I need him to calm down so that's why I'm gonna-" Mariuk stated then looked surprised when I appeared in front of him. I gripped his neck and raised him off the floor.
I chuckled and laughed at his suffering. "Don't struggle.." I said as I began to squeeze his neck even harder, choking him out, causing him to slowly die.
"Have...mercy..!" Mariuk struggled to say.
"Mercy..? MERCY?! YOU DARE BEG FOR MERCY?!" I yelled then slammed him into the ground, causing him to die faster. I turned my energy sword into a ball of demonic energy. "Go to Hell.."
I flew up in the air then threw him to the choir and held the ball of energy towards them. They trembled in fear. I yelled and unleashed a massive beam of energy at them then an explosion happened. The Pastor and the choir died within the explosion and I smirked sadistically at their dead bodies.
"Tatsuya!" Yuki screamed as she barrier was lowered.
"Seems my time is up boy. It was amusing seeing what you could do with my power." Satan chuckled and his voice faded away.
I reverted back to normal slowly and descended to the ground. I looked at the two rings that were on the ground and picked them up. I slowly walked back over to Lily's body then fell on my knees and placed them back on her fingers, but nothing happened. I looked at her body and tears formed in my eyes.
Yuki and Azuki walked over to me and looked at Lily.
"Why..? Why couldn't it be different..? Why must she pay for something she didn't do?! God! You blessed her with this Sacred Holy Tool! So why are you just allowing her to stay dead?! She deserves to live as much as the next innocent woman! I was her only friend. She risked her life for me yesterday and I did the same for her even when I was too late! So why God?! Why won't you just give her back?! Just this once do this for me and I won't break another Law again! I won't ask for anything else! Give me my friend back!" I yelled.
The other women looked at me then looked surprised when her Holy Tool began to shine. The once Holy Light went into a Light of Darkness.
"It isn't God, answering you infuriating begging, but I...Anti-God." A voice said to all of us.
"Anti-God.." Yuki said in shock.
"God and I have listened and watched you, Tatsuya. Your caring spirit as well as your sinful heart, they balance each other and that is why I have taken the liberty of giving Lily Angels back to you not as herself, but as an Archdemon and a member of the House of Arcane." Anti-God said. "With this Dark Miracle performed, you better keep your end of the bargain or else...you will be Banished just like the Demon Lord of Taboo."
"I will...and thank you.." I smiled and looked at Lily then held her body up and heard her grunting lightly.
She slowly opened her eyes and looked at me then smiled. "Tatsuya...you're okay.."
I nodded and smiled then held her hand. "I'm okay and I'm glad...you're okay as well."
Lily giggled softly before closing her eyes once again. "So...tired.."
"Anti-God actually...answered a Dark Call...and Tatsuya's at that. Wow.." Nekona said and slowly stood up.
"Let's get out of here and back at the clubhouse before any more Fallen Angels decide to appear." Yuki said.
"Right." The others said then a transportation magic circle appeared beneath us and we all warped back to the clubhouse.
Akriel descended to the floor of the church and coughed. He spit out blood and fell to his knees. "Anti-God huh...This has suddenly become a lot more interesting.." Akriel chuckled weakling and laid on the floor for a bit to rest.
