I sat up on my bed and looked at Lily. I scratched the back of my head and wondered how I was going to explain this to her. "Uhm...Lily...Lil...Roomie..Listen I can explain this."

"Listen- I didn't even know she was in here until I woke up! Not that I don't mind her being in my bed naked..~" I looked at Yuki and have a bit of a perverted chuckle.
"Tatsuya!" Lily whined. "Y-You're such a boy! If seeing nudity was so important to you before why didn't you just ask me?"
"Wait what?!" I looked at Lily.
"We've spent way more time with each other! That's it I'm coming in!" Lily ran into the room and took off her nightgown, exposing her medium sized breasts and her cute white panties.

Yuki slowly woke up and sat up on my bed then noticed Lily practically naked in my room. "Lily..? Why are you in here?"

"Yeah I'm actually glad he's got actual female interaction~" Mom giggled as she folded the clothes.
After defusing the situation between two obviously jealous women, we finally got ready to head to the academy. We rushed downstairs as we were about to be late for classes. We said goodbye to mom and dad then dad tossed me a necklace and I caught it then looked at it. I decided to not question at the moment and rush to the academy with Lily and Yuki.
We finally made it to the academy and all three of us panted. Yuki stretched and sighed then looked at me as I stared at the necklace dad gave me.
"Gotchu now!" Astraz bellowed and went for a roundhouse kick at me.
I looked at her and dodged her kick then blocked her attacks. My senses and instincts were ten times better now than they were before. I grabbed her wrist and pulled her to me then held her waist. She blushed and looked at me.
"Wow..." Astraz said then shook her head. I let her go and she cleared her throat. "Suzumi would like to speak to you and Yuki."
"What about?" I asked.
"It's about the energy quakes yesterday." Astraz said.
I looked at Yuki and she sighed then scratched her head. We decided to follow Astraz to Suzumi's office and Lily followed us as she was also curious about the quakes that occured last night.
We entered the office and Suzumi sat at her desk with a stressed look in her face as she was looking at papers on her desk.
"Suzumi." Yuki said.
Suzumi looked at us then sat up. "Have a seat please. This is an important topic we need to discuss."
Yuki, Lily and I sat down and Suzumi took off her glasses. Astraz stood beside Suzumi and looked at her.
"Last night, the entire city experienced a power outage due to an energy quake. The members of my house scouted the entire city and noticed you and Tatsuya just outside the city battling. It didn't seem like a normal sparring match and even if it was, why didn't you two use the Alternate Space?" Suzumi asked.
"We did." I said. "But..."
"Listen I'll tell the whole truth. I betrayed Tatsuya by attempting to extract his Devil Tool out of his body. I snapped while we were just training. I lost sense of who I was. In the process he fought the hardest I've ever seen a man fight before. We destroyed the Alternate Space." Yuki said.
Suzumi and Astraz looked surprised. They looked at each other then back at us.
"You...destroyed the Alternate Space..?" Suzumi asked, thinking she might've heard Yuki wrong.
"A clash from a Primordial Wrath Mode user and an Arcane Mode user was enough to destroy that dimension yes." Yuki said.
"The Alternate Space counts as a dimension?" I asked.
"An Alternate Space is like a separate universe. To destroy the space itself you would need godlike power, a power that's as strong as Michael and Satan." Suzumi said.
"Well I was using Primordial Wrath Mode which is as strong as Satan himself. It did cost me the use of my Devil Tool for seven days though." I sighed and shrugged.
"So that's why there were earthquakes. I was starting to think the Fallen Angels were attacking!" Lily said and sighed in relief.
"It's all been settled now." I smiled and looked at Yuki. "We've gotten back on the same foot. She promised to not lose it like that again."
"Good, at least that's out of the way. In other news, Ravenwood Academy would like for the House of Arcane and the House of Ifrit to join them for the annual Battle of the Academies." Suzumi said.
"Uhm hello? Are we just gonna ignore the fact that I can't use my Devil Tool for seven days?" I asked.
"Looks like you're gonna have to sit this one out~" Astraz smirked and crossed her arms.
"My Ace will not sit out on an important event. Even if he can't use his Devil Tool for seven days, he can wield Arcane Magic. That's a good enough substitute for his Sin Bringer for a while." Yuki said.
"I see. The battle is happening today. I'll only be bringing Astraz with me since she's my ace. You better have your Ace prepared, we've been on a win streak because of our unrivalled teamwork. I remember those days when Azuki was the Ace." Suzumi said.
"Well in terms of Hierarchy, she's now the Queen. It's like the Card Game, King, Queen, Jack, Ace." Yuki said. "In our case, We have three Jacks. Nekona, Erika, and Lily. Our team is stacked with powerhouses. Specifically Tatsuya is a perfect ace because he possesses no specific weakness other than the obvious, but he also lacks any specific strengths. He's just right which makes him...Balanced. You can even scan his stats right now."
Suzumi held her hand out and Astraz gave her a high five. "Bitch, the Magic Scanner!"
"Oh! My bad!" Astraz said, embarrassed then handed her the Magic Scanner.
Suzumi took the orb out of Astraz's hand then activated it and handed the orb to me. "Focus your aura into the orb and the Magic Scanner will give us your Status Reading."
I nodded and took the orb out of her hand then she looked at her computer. I focused my aura into the orb and Suzumi began to get some readings.
「Acquiring Tatsuya's Status....」
"Now before I read your Status, the categories are as such, Strength, Magic, Focus, Recovery, Support, Agility, and Intelligence. Your overall will be your power level. Focus might seem confusing but focus comes down to things like Accuracy, Consistency, and Controllability. Recovery is basic stuff like Defense, Durability, stuff like that." Suzumi explained.
"Alright." I nodded.
「Tatsuya's Status Acquired!」
"Alright here we go. I'm assuming we are reading from your base mode aka your Inactive Mode so Strength is 100. Magic is 100. Focus is 100. Recovery is 100. Support is 100. Agility is 100. Intelligence is 100. A balanced 700. Huh. Now your intelligence is only rated amongst other supernaturals so don't be discouraged by the rating, but your Ranking is a uh...A C Rank. Which is pretty embarrassing." Suzumi said.
"And there it is. I pull off these badass feats and only manage a C Rank. I destroyed an entire dimension from a clash!" I sighed softly.
"I mean...It is ranking your Base Mode so it is bound to be pretty low.." Yuki giggled and rubbed my arm.
"Yeah, your base mode is very balanced which is why you are a very valuable fighter, your true Rank doesn't show until you're in your Active Knight Mode. From there you range from an A Rank all the way up to Divine Rank based on how strong your Active Mode becomes." Suzumi said.
"I have a question." Lily said and leaned forward a bit in her seat.
"Yes?" Suzumi looked at Lily.
"What's a Battle of the Academies? Is it like the House Battle?" Lily asked.
"Not at all, you see the Battle of the Academies is a Turf War essentially. It is a tournament based battle against two Academies. Ravenwood is our rival and we've been fighting over dominance for this specific town for ages." Yuki explained.
"Today is the annual battle where if we win, we get rid of Ravenwood for good and they have to relocate elsewhere." Suzumi said.
"A new base of operation as well. The Academy is very hidden away also so we can do renovations to make it a permanent home for us." Yuki added to the statement.
"O-Oh this will be fun then right?" Lily smiled. "I'll be sure to do my best!"
We all smiled and nodded. I looked at the necklace dad gave me earlier. I took a closer look at the gem of the necklace and noticed it had a magic circle symbol on it. It didn't look like any magic symbol I've seen.
"Hey, how many races are there. You know Supernatural wise." I asked.
"Four from what we know. Demon, Angel, Zodiac, and Fallen Angels. Why?" Yuki looked at me.
"Because this symbol doesn't look like any of the symbols of the four races." I said then showed Yuki.
"That's a Pentacle Symbol. Wait...this is used by a hidden race of beings. They are known as the Spirit Race. The Spirit Race is a very unknown Race. It's a mix of different races like Dragon, Genies, Djinni, Fairies, and things like that. Who gave this to you..?" Yuki asked.
"My dad did." I said then looked at Lily. I stood up and hurried out of the office.
"H-Hey wait up!" Lily stood up and hurried after me.
Yuki stood up and bowed to Suzumi. She hurried after me and Lily.
"A human...wielding the Pentacle. Interesting." Suzumi said and adjusted her glasses.
I hurried home and burst into the house and noticed my dad sitting on the couch. Lily and Yuki stopped behind me and watched me walk to my dad.
"Dad.." I started.
"From the start since the day, your mother told me you had a wound on your stomach, I knew something about you changed." My dad started. "It didn't stop there. I frequently hear you talking in your room to yourself, saying the names Asmodeus and Beelzebub."
"Dad I.."
"I'm not upset. Don't get me wrong, kiddo. I always knew you were a Devil. I don't blame you from hiding it away from us. I understand why you had to. Even with Lily, when she tried to say a verse, she got a headache meaning she's a Devil too. Yuki must be one as well." My dad said.
"You know I have to erase your memories now because you know about-"
"The House of Arcane? Heh...Let me show you something." My dad said then activated his Sagittarius Symbol on his shoulder.
Lily, Yuki, and I all looked surprised.
"The Sagittarius..?" Yuki said in shock.
"This old man has run his course as a hero back in the old days. They called me the Sharpshooter amongst my fellow allies before the Zodiac Deities were killed by the Fallen Angels." My dad said.
"Wait since you were already a Zodiac, does that mean I inherited some of your power?" I asked.
"Somewhat, you took after your mother who was an actual spirit hybrid between spirit and human. She's the one that wanted me to give you that necklace. She's got no use for it anymore since she's devoted herself into being a house wife. She said you could make good use of it." My dad smiled.
Mom smiled at us then stood up and walked to me. She hugged me and I hugged her back. "You're in the time of the Revelation. I've already ran my course so it's your turn to be a hero like our generation did. The House of Hayashi was full of powerful warriors and I want you to continue it, Devil or not..~"
I nodded and smiled a bit. "What is this necklace by the way?" I asked as I let go of her and she let go of me.
"It's a Divine Weapon called the Five Points. It's an Artificial Divine Weapon created by the First Hayashi and since then has been passed down from generation to generation. The Five Points are Fire, Water, Earth, Air, and Aether. Each element grants you the power to manipulate that element and a familiar that can help you whenever you need it. It's not the strongest Divine Weapon but definitely not the weakest. Use it wisely, magic is a very dangerous weapon." Mom said then held my shoulders.
I nodded and smiled at her. "I'll use it wisely."
"Good, now go out there and be the best damn Devil ever!" Mom said encouragingly.
I nodded and I looked at Lily and Yuki. We nodded at each other then hurried off to the academy. I put the necklace around my neck and smiled. My dad was a Zodiac, and my mom was a Spirit Hybrid. That means not only am I Devil now, I am potentially a Spirit and a Zodiac on top of it. I began to feel better about everything now.
We made it to the academy and went into the old school house then walked into the club room.
"Alright, House of Arcane! We got important news!" Yuki said and walked over to her desk and sat down.
"What is it?" Azuki asked as she stopped filing her nails and looked at Yuki.
Erika and Nekona looked at her as well.
"The official Battle of the Academies is today and it's against the Houses of Ravenwood. The Houses of Shiva and Behemoth. The House of Behemoth is no joke as they are relatives to the Demon Lord Leviathan. The Head of the House of Behemoth is named Solgin Behemoth and he's a dragon demon hybrid, a very powerful foe. We should be heading over there in a bit so we should get ready and make sure we all bring our A Game." Yuki said.
I looked at Lily then took off my necklace and put it over her neck and smiled. She blushed as she looked at me. "Use this okay?"
"But mom gave it to you. She wanted you to wield the power and it's basically a family heirloom. I-I can't accept this." Lily said.
I held her shoulders and looked into her eyes. "I'll be fine without it for now. You need it more than me.."
"Tatsuya.." Lily said then closed her eyes and smiled. "Okay...I will use it."
I nodded and let go of her then looked at Yuki. "I'm ready."
She nodded then prepared a transportation magic circle on the ground. We all stepped inside the magic circle and I placed my hands in my pockets. The six of us warped to Ravenwood and appeared in the academy's main hallway.
A man looked at us and smirked. He had long dark blue hair, purple eyes, and he was a pretty built looking guy. He wore his academy uniform with a long coat around his shoulders like a cape. He walked over to us and bowed to Yuki. "Well well...if it isn't the beautiful Yuki Arcane along with her wonderful House and its pet."
I glared at the man as I knew he was talking about me.
"Tatsuya isn't a pet thank you very much. He's my boyfriend and I would like it if you respected his name, Solgin." Yuki said.
"My my~ So you beat me to the punch after all~" Azuki giggled.
"When did this happen?" Nekona asked.
"Last night." Yuki answered and placed her attention back to Solgin.
"My apologies..~ I had no idea your standards have fallen so low. You'd date a peasant like him, but deny my marriage proposal? A man who is a cousin of the Great Demon Lord Leviathan? Heh...How completely and utterly pathetic." Solgin chuckled coldly.
"He's kinda scary.." Lily said and stuck closely to me.
"Kori! Come here!" Solgin called to his friend.
A woman with a resting bitch face walked up to Solgin. She had snow white hair, ice blue eyes, pale skin, and her Crest in her left eye. She wore snowflake earrings on both ears and a gold hair ornament on her head. Her uniform was an ice blue color.
"Meet the new member of the House of Arcane. A man who barely holds any worth. Apparently he is Yuki's boyfriend which is pretty shocking." Solgin said.
Kori looked at me and crossed her arms. She closed her eyes. "Pathetic. I, Kori Shiva, am very disappointed. To make it into the House of Arcane...surely you should have some form of redeeming qualities, but I sense you have none."
"Okay, Ice Bitch." I said and stepped forward. "You may not sense any redeeming qualities in me, but I can bet your ass that I'll blow every one of you away!"
"Easy cowboy. You're still in Inactive Mode." Asmodeus said. "Anything you do, it's cut by half and you can only use the basic abilities as well."
I grunted softly and Yuki gently touched my shoulder. I looked at her and noticed her devilish smile.
"Keep downplaying my boyfriend and I'll turn this academy into a bloodbath." Yuki said coldly and her Crest shined.
"Yeah..? You think I'm afraid of you..?" Kori asked and her left eye began shining.
"Ladies! Let's leave it for the battlefield." Solgin chuckled softly.
Suzumi and Astraz appeared and Suzumi looked at Kori and they both glared at each other. The tension became very high and I felt it.
"It's time we settle this once and for all, Kori. The one that wins this can challenge the House of Bahamut and unfortunately for you, I'm not losing." Suzumi said.
"We'll see about that.." Kori said then walked away.
"Oh Kori! Say hi to Mezin for me!~ I know she's waiting to fight me as much as I am to fight her!~" Astraz said.
"President Behemoth, we need to get ready for the battles." A familiar voice said.
I looked at the woman and noticed it was Michie. My eyes widened and I had a flashback to when Michie was killed in front of me. I grunted and closed my eyes. Michie looked at me and recognized me but didn't say anything to me. She closed her eyes and walked away.
"Well, make yourself at home in Ravenwood. We shall soon meet on the battlefield." Solgin chuckled and walked away with his house members, who were all women.
Yuki looked at me and rubbed my back. "Forget about her...You've got us now."
I nodded and looked at Yuki. I looked at my right arm then balled my hand into a fist. "Let's get ready to take them down."
Yuki nodded and we walked ahead with Suzumi and Astraz following us to an empty class room.
