Zero exited the hospital with a somewhat sad look on his face, clutching the Thousand Years Mana Flower in his hand. "Zero gave his life for this item so that his mother can be cured, but unfortunately, it can't completely heal her," he muttered as he started walking.
Looking up at the sky for a moment, he let out a sigh and thought, "Zero, don't worry. I'll find a way to cure you, Mother, even if it's the last thing I do." Determination filled his heart as he continued on his way, walking through the familiar route back to his house.
Upon reaching his home, Zero found his father sitting in a chair, clearly worried. "Where have you been? I was worried," his father said, getting up from the chair as he saw Zero.
Zero entered the house with a somewhat worried expression and replied, "I was with Mom... sigh..." He couldn't help but feel the weight of the situation, knowing that he had acquired the Thousand Years Mana Flower, but it wasn't enough to completely heal his mother.
Curious about his father's presence, Zero asked, "But why are you here? Did you take a break from work, Dad?" He took a seat on the chair, the worries still etched on his face.
His father explained, "No, actually we got a notice that a Hobo has come inside the village. I was searching for this monster, and I thought it might come here." He looked outside with a tearful eye, concerned for the safety of his family.
Zero's curiosity piqued, he inquired further, "Did you find it?"
His father smiled and replied, "I guess it's not here. I should go to the village and look for it before it attacks someone." He stepped outside, taking a last look before heading to the village in search of the Hobo Monster.
"Okay, don't worry. I can handle myself if it comes here," Zero assured his father.
His dad replied with a smile, "Ha ha... Okay, be careful. If the monster comes, just run, okay?"
"Don't worry, Dad. I'll be careful," Zero confirmed with determination.
With his father gone, Zero closed the door and took a moment to gather his thoughts. "Now I need to get stronger. If I want to heal Zero's mother, I need to become strong and also figure out how this world works," he thought as he jumped on his bed, pondering his next steps.
Suddenly, he heard a scream from outside the house. Zero's heart raced with alarm, and he swiftly got up from the bed. "What the, is the monster Dad was tracking here?" he wondered as he walked cautiously toward the door.
As he reached the front door, he opened it slowly and peered outside. There, he saw a goblin-looking monster with red skin and a wounded arm from some arrows. Zero's eyes widened as he recognized the creature.
