Ashley walked down the stairs and into the hall then into the parlor and then towards the next hall that led to the big entrance door. She was nervous all while and as she headed to the car now, her nervousness increased.
Yesterday morning, when she had come out, she was surprised to see that Damon was actually going to use the second car she had seen in his garage one of those early times she had been to the mansion, to take her to work.
Ashley had wondered why at first but then remembered that they had met with an accident with the first car, so it was probably damaged. This morning, it was the same car they used again but that wasn't what caught her attention, it was the demon man in black that she had seen earlier that caught her attention.
Ashley hiccupped. She didn't feel like going to work anymore. Ashley looked at Damon as she slowly walked to the car and he looked back at her, waiting for her to get to the car and enter first as usual.
