Ashley was happy that Damon hadn't brought up or said anything about what he did last night because it was something she didn't want to talk with him about. She was even more happy when Natalie resumed work for the day. Her beautiful and ever glowing friend was here radiating beautifully again, one won't even believe she had a really bad fever the day before.
Ashley rushed to hug her, just like the lady usually did when something happened to Ashley and they met the next day or someother time.
"You look so normal and healthy no one would believe you were the one talking like that over the phone yesterday." Ashley said with a pout to her friend.
"Thank goodness I'm fine. I'm still on a few medications though." Natalie smiled.
Ashley nodded. She was relieved Natalie was able to come today because she really needed to inform her about her quitting work at the restaurant for a while, if not forever.
