Castelia was ready to answer but instead choked on her saliva and coughed. It felt like she had made a very big mistake in life, Joshua secretly smiled but didn't know what it meant.
"I I-"
Joshua interrupted, "Make sure you tell her." The call was cut off afterwards, Joshua saw Castelia sigh as she closed her eyes for a bit.
Castelia complained, grumbling inwardly and in annoyance. "Why am I acting like a criminal?" Castelia was sure she was exaggerating but she still couldn't control herself.
Instead of continuing to work, Castelia sat and contemplated. If had to be honest, protecting Maddie from doing things she hated wasn't the only reason Castelia didn't say anything to her.
Castelia may be afraid of what Joshua will do but can't deny that she hopes to meet and be close to him. Despite all the torment, Castelia was glad to know that they were in the same building.
