"Maddie?" Castelia had just turned on the faucet to wash her hands but was distracted when she heard screams from outside. It wasn't too loud but Castelia somehow believed it belonged to her friend.
Instead of guessing, Castelia decided to turn off the faucet on the sink and get out of the bathroom. Seriously, Castelia was shocked when she watched Maddie and Bram fight.
"Let go of me, damn it!" Maddie cursed loudly, kicking Bram's leg but was dodged by him.
"Let go of you? You stole important files from my house!" shouted Bram, reluctant to let go of Maddie who was still trying to escape.
"I didn't take it!" Maddie argued. "I left it on the floor." Maddie thought the brown envelope she picked up that day was the letter her client wanted but she threw it when she realized she had entered the wrong house.
"That doesn't cover the fact that you tried to steal it!" Bram grabbed Maddie's hand as she tried to throw a punch.
