Jia Yinuo
A Chinese-American who found herself killed in the typical Isekai protagonist fashion, being hit by a truck and transported to a fantasy world just like her biggest fantasies! Jia is an arrogant, selfish, and generally awful person, but she for some reason just can't stop herself from helping people when she can. Why should she save people who won't give her the time of day? It's not like it's fulfilling to her... Does she actually like helping people? No, that couldn't be!
Aijom
An orc in Jia's party, he took oaths to the church and has become a Chanter, giving buffs to his party members. Due to this, he was ostracized from his orc village and is never to return. Thus, he spends his time in human lands where he is constantly picked on, but he continues to help them anyway. He is generally soft-spoken and shy, always apologizing for things that aren't even his fault.
Luzhen
An elf in Jia's party, she immigrated to Casdo when she was young and picked up skills with a bow, as was her families wishes, though she always wanted to pick up skills with a sword. She is proud and generally doesn't take backtalk from anyone. She has high expectations of most people and will usually call out people who aren't performing well.
Irilai
A dragonling in Jia's party, she became a nun in a human church, similarly to Aijom, and was ostracized from dragonling culture. The reasons she became a nun are unknown, but she doesn't seem to take it as seriously as she probably should. Regardless, she acts as the healer of the party and always tries her best to make sure they are all healed and feeling ok.
Shalu
An angel in Jia's party. He acts as a Paladin and the tank of the party. He takes pride in being strong and leading the party into battle. He generally is hard to talk to and is a man of few words. He and Aijom test their strength together a lot, much to Shalu's dismay, Aijom is about as strong as he is, even though Aijom isn't in a position to need that much strength.
