"Why are you so silent?" he asked when he noticed the Rooney's skyscrapers approaching. For some crazy reason, he didn't want to go back and work.
Amy blinked as she faced him. "Err, is there anything I was supposed to say," then a mischievous look crept up to his face? "Do you perhaps want me to sing…?"
"No, no, no," he shook his head. "I am fine, some silence is good too," he gave her a small smile and rested his hand on his knuckles looking out of his window. Amy didn't even know why her heart clenched at the sight. There was just something off in the posture. Like a kid sulking after being abandoned by a parent. It was as if he was craving attention that he was unable to get.
