Jeff hurriedly closed down his work for the day and ran home to tell his wife the great news. He found her seated by the stones near the fish pond in the backyard with a notebook and a pen in her hand. How comes he had never spotted her writing before or was he too detached to notice?
"Amy," she turned and he couldn't help noticing a glint of surprise in her eyes. "I have some news you might want to hear," he stood up straight, his chin up proudly.
"What, you're divorcing me?" she asked cluelessly, and her voice flat like she was passing a message to him that she didn't care what he wanted to say.
Jeff blinked twice, this woman, he composed himself. "No, why do you always think of negative things?" he took a deep breath. "I have the answer to your challenge meaning I won."
"Great," she said plainly.
Okay, "Don't you want to know my answer?"
Amy shook her head. "I know you have the answer and I only hope you haven't harmed my best friend."
