Amy sighed and closed her eyes, cherishing the pillow's softness. "Goodnight" she whispered.
She felt him move closer and then he placed her face on his chest and she wasn't complaining. For some crazy reason, it was better than the pillow. She slapped herself mentally, she couldn't believe she was the one that had said that. "Thank you." Silence. "For giving me a chance, Amy."
Amy shifted so that she could see his face. Sincerity shone in them. She smiled. "Help me get revenge," she said back.
Jeff pulled her head back to his chest as he ran her hands through her locks. "You didn't need to ask, tell me how."
Amy took a second to think. "I want to crash Patrick so badly he would think twice before hurting another girl in the next life." Her voice was full of venom and hate for the guy. Such men should die.
Jeff's hands stopped moving. "We'll do that together."
