A place to live was last of Martin's concerns, he just needed choose one out of the three places Parker recommended him.
The first area was a bit crowded which was not a problem for Martin but it was way too expensive. The first place was unaffordable for Martin unless he's given his three months salary in advance which was impossible in the job he didn't even started.
"Yes I know Parker, come in boy." The old lady in her 60s, owner of the house Martin visited next turned out to be originally from England but moved to America 30 years ago with her husband who died an year ago leaving the house to his wife Sofia Floyd.
"Parker called me and told all about you, I trust him. Don't worry about rent." Sofia said in her old shaky voice but somehow sounded deep and dominating.
