Zeon gets the message from Li that they have already succeeded in convincing Deacon Bob and on their way to evacuate the other deacons. Zeon felt a little relieved and processed on his way to the orphans dorm area. This is the second restricted area of the church. Zeon was also curious about the last area but he didn't have the time to check it because it was inside one of the rooms in bishop Haris work area. That's the place where bishop Haris is sleeping right now, so he wasn't sure if the bishop wouldn't notice any movement near him.
The orphans' dorm area is located beside the bishop house so they need to be careful about making any noise. Zeon and grandpa Capricorn get inside the orphans dorm area, inside is a bit darker because there's no lamp at all, there are only a few candles to light the way. Zeon feels that this is a different place from the rest of the church because he doesn't feel any electricity or electronic devices at all inside this dorm area.
Zeon and grandpa Capricorn arrived in front of the first room. Zeon wants to knock at the door but is afraid to make noises because this area is near the bishop house. Zeon messaged Li and told him to ask Deacon Bob for all the keys to every room in the orphans dorm area. He asked Li and Toast to leave that side to Deacon Bob and bring the key to the orphan's dorm area location right now. Zeon needs help to evacuate the orphans because he's afraid sooner or later the bishop will realize the noise that happened and wake up to check it himself. If that happens, battle with the bishop can't be avoided, but he needs the other to evacuate the orphans when he starts to fight later if needed.
Li and Toast arrived bringing the keys with them. There are twelve keys to the room, so Zeon takes the key to the first three rooms and lets Li, Toast, and grandpa Capricorn to help with the rest. Opening the first room, Zeon can see five children similar to his age cuddled together on the floor. There is nothing inside the room except a piece of quilt that is big enough to wrap the five kids. Zeon shook the first kid near the door and tried to wake him up. The kid opened his eyes slowly and saw a stranger getting into their room. The first thought in his mind is that this person may be a new deacon that he hasn't seen yet. Now, Zeon can see that the kid's body looks thin, worse than the malnourished Toast when he first met him. Zeon can see that the kid is wearing old wrinkled clothes, maybe it was unused clothes given by some benefactor from long ago or something else which didn't show anything new on that piece of rag.

'Shot! That bishop is really too far! Not only he didn't allocate funds for orphans properly, he even ordered them to pull weeds all over the church yard? How low can a person be? I've never known that there is this part of the story from the church side inside that novel. This is so frustrating! Maybe I shouldn't compare this reality to that novel because there are already many inconsistent incidents that happened which are different from what they should be.'
Zeon's heart wrenched after hearing that question, he tried to explain things but after what he saw he isn't in the mood to do that. In the end Zeon can only wake up all the kids and tell them to follow him without stating any reason at all. He just want to bring all of them outside of this hellish place immediately and let the terrorist to blast all of this misery to the ground so the orphans can start a new chapter in their lives.
This is what humanity always is. Even at the end of the world where hope is scarce, where hopelessness and terror has already spread all around the humanity domain, some people just won't stop! They would even sacrifice other people as long as they can live comfortably for a moment. This world and his last world is no different, Zeon should know it best after living for a long time in that hellish place.
At those times where people live in peace, many officials who hold a high position are already corrupt beyond measure, some news even stated that an organization supported by the government which collects funds for orphans didn't channel the donation properly. Instead some of these funds are corrupted for the benefit of a high ranking person in that organization, a government employee who should be appointed to supervise that organization was arrested and admitted to receiving bribes from the top brass of that organization.
This time he finds that sickening personality in Bishop Haris, a quite high ranked personnel from the church. Zeon has already expected that this will definitely happen in this apocalyptic world where crazy people, dangerous criminals, corrupted organizational members, demons who hide inside human skin, and many kinds of monstrosity mingling around the current society. But when he sees it himself with his own eyes, he feels so bad that his faith in humanity is diminishing overtime as he walks along this dark corridor toward the second orphans' rooms. The children following behind him, they also bring the piece of quilt with them because it's all they had that keeps them warm in this cold night.
Zeon, Li, Toast, and grandpa Capricorn gather the children outside the dorm, but when they are just ready to leave the church, the door beside the next building opens. It comes from the bishop's house, a sleepy bishop Haris can be seen walking outside his housing area and taking a look at all the ruckus outside. Bishop Haris is surprised when he sees Zeon and company bring many orphans with them to the direction of the church gate. What else would these people do at midnight with those orphans besides kidnapping all of his source of money?
"What are all of you doing outside your room? Get inside right now!" Bishop Haris looked quite angry at all the orphans outside their dorm.
The children are afraid of bishop Haris and want to go back to their room but are stopped by Zeon and company. Some smaller one even started to cry and didn't know what to do. Zeon asked Li, Toast, and grandpa Capricorn to bring them out. Zeon wants nothing more than bashing the bishop's head right now. He wants to unleash all of this maddening anger that he harbored since a while ago after he saw the suffering of the orphans in this west branch church.
Li and Toast nodded, they wanted to bring the children out with them but some of the children were still afraid and didn't want to budge from their current place. At this dangerous time unexpectedly someone came running from the church gate direction. Deacon Bob comes because he's worried about the orphans. He already evacuates all the other deacons and commands them to secure the area in case some random people want to walk into the church direction. After waiting for quite a long time, Deacon Bob still hasn't seen Zeon and his company bringing those lovely children outside the church. He started to worry and decided to head back inside the church into the direction of the orphans dorm area. His feeling is right after seeing the condition of the kids who are afraid of leaving the church in the presence of bishop Haris.
