As Leonard was charging his One Arm Hell Danial was also charging his attack, the Earth Spirit Palm.
At that moment both of them released their techniques at each other. The energy blast from Leonard contained deadly howls as if Hell itself was beginning to manifest on earth. The deadly vortex that Leonard's blast created made several people fly away. The howls made several people scream in horror as they witnessed the soul of the dead flying through the air corroding even the toughest materials. The blast arrived in front of Danial and it seemed that the blast would eat Danial alive.
At that moment Danial panicked since the blast arrived in front of him even before he could realise the full power of the Earth Spirit Palm. Since Danial never engaged in such fights he never was fully prepared when he faced a technique of such magnitude.
At that very moment, he released all of this energy and directed it toward his technique.
"Earth Spirit Palm!"
The entire hall was enveloped in bright white and blue light. The technique released from Danial that was so powerful that the walls of the Combat halls started cracking. The bright white and blue light seemed to blind everyone.
A Palm the size of the floor appeared and collided with the blast from Leonard, the One Arm Hell technique
The deathly howls were instantly suppressed by the blinding light and Leonard was instantly suppressed and a large palm tall as the hall burst out.
When both the blast energy blast hit each other the One Arm Hell was able to resist for a single second and it was vaporized.
The remaining power from the Earth Spirit Palm started heading towards Leonard. Although the One Arm Hell was a technique comparable to the Earth Spirit Palm, the only reason was the cultivation gap.
Danial was already at the Peak of the third stage of Mortal cultivation while Leonard was only at the peak of the first stage.
Leonard was horrified and tried running away from the blast but it was too late.
When the blast from Danial was about to hit him, a figure appeared in front of the blast.
He reached out and striked the blast with his Palm.
In About Five seconds the energy blast dispersed and the smoke settled.
The figure that interfered was Master Bowan.
Danial thought " He came to save his student who would have thought"
Master Bowan looked at his hand and made a fist.
All of the students who saw Master Bowan come immediately bowed. They didn't bow because they respected him, they bowed because they feared him.
Everyone bowed but Danial kept looking at Leonard completely disregarding Master Bowan who was standing in front of him.
Bowan said calmly " Are you, Danial?"
Danial answered without even looking "Yes"
" Why are you fighting with Leonard?."
Danial said " Because Leonard started attacking me without a reason"
Master Bowan looked at Leonard and said " Did you attack first "
Leonard retorted "Master he was fighting with Adren so i-"
"Did you attack first ?"
Masted Bowan repeated the question and raised his voice which made Leonard shiver. He subconsciously said " Y-yes"
Master Bowan sighed and said "It seems that I didn't discipline you enough"
Master Bowan then dragged Leonard and said to everyone "At ease"
Everyone then stopped bowing and looked at Danial strangely
Danial noticed the gazes of everyone around and decided to go home.
On his way out, Maya approached Danial and said " You really beat the shit out of Leonard."
Daniel simply replied "He deserved it"
Maya smiled and said, "I need you to meet someone are you free".
Danial looked at Maya and said, "And why should I listen to you?"
Maya simply said, "Because it will help you to get powerful ."
Danial raised his eyebrows and asked suspiciously "How do you know"
Maya replied " Is that not what everyone wants? Who doesn't want to be powerful ?"
Danial said, "I don't trust you enough ."
"And why is that?"
"The first day we met you tried inspecting my cultivation without my permission which made me feel extremely suspicious. And I blocked your technique which made me think if you used it on everyone you meet and they are oblivious to it then it must be a high-grade technique. Considering the fact that high-grade techniques are extremely rare and mastering them is even harder I assumed that you are not a simple person and might be here for a very specific reason ."
Maya was bewildered! She didn't expect Danial to figure everything out so easily and if that is true then he is more terrifying.
Maya didn't reply and took a step back fearing that Danial might not be friendly.
Danial waved his hand and said "Don't fret if you wanted to hurt me or kill me you would have done it the first time we met so don't worry, I won't bite if you don't bite "
Danial figured everything out not because of his abilities but because of his detective skills.
The skills he got were because he read countless mangas and always would tried to figure out the ending without spilling it himself.
Who would have thought his useless skill would come in handy.
Danial then asked Maya "You wanted me to meet someone ".
Maya replied, "I wanted but now I got what I need ."
Maya left and Danial headed home.
On his way, he suddenly stopped in his tracks and looked at the forest sensing something unusual.
He sensed a string of energy coming out of the forest but that energy was much more powerful than anything he encountered.
He decided to head into the forest and have a look while keeping a distance he didn't want whoever was there to come after him.
After walking he stumbled upon a weird-looking rock that had some unusual markings on it.
As he grabbed the rock he felt his world turning upside down as he was stretched from every part of his body. Danial wanted to resist but the suction force was too powerful.
Danial blacked out because of the immense force.
All that he heard was from the System saying
