IVOR
All throughout the rest of the weekend, Dana and Ivana gotten closer. It was a pretty sight, even when there's a possibility, she's only doing that to avoid talking to me. miraculously, none of my family noticed something weird between us. Even Ivana at that. Usually, she's the first one to notice things, no matter how trivial they get.
"promise to come back next time, okay Dana?" – my mom said, giving her an embrace.
Dad and Ivana were sitting on the couch, turning their heads to watch this exchange of goodbyes. I was carrying our bags, three steps behind Dana. Finally, our quick province getaway came to an end, and we're coming back to the other side of the world, where she's in a higher step of the ladder and I belong to the bottom.
"I will, Mrs. Lynch. Thank you for the hospitality." – Dana said, smiling.
"don't forget to bring your hand-picked vegetables!" – Dad reminded
"oh, thank you, sir."
