"You heard me correctly, yes. I am fully aware that you are a human being who is attempting to pass yourself off as one of us." Lurin persisted in what he was saying while he gazed intently into Freida's eyes. As he made eye contact with her, the creases on his temples stretched out to their full extent, meeting in the middle.
"I don't understand a thing you're saying, Lurin." Freida eventually replied. She couldn't believe Lurin could tell she was human and not like them, even though she'd given him no indication to make that assumption.
