Kans stood beside me and I could almost feel his entire body trembling. He was covered in cold sweat as he said with a mumble, "Father..." He wanted to refuse, but he didn't have the courage to fight back. Ultimately, he had to obey the order that had been carved into his blood by his father.
Kans forced himself to stand still. Tufarre snorted slightly and walked over to grab Ken by the collar before forcing his son to kneel on the ground.
"This has nothing to do with Kans."
I immediately approached to pull Kans up but Tufarre pushed me away. He might have considered that I had a child so his move wasn't too forceful. Still, I staggered back a few steps.
"This is a family matter," said Tufarre as he looked at me. "It's not up to some lowlife like you to decide.
