"Opera, create hostiles. Clad with swords and arrows, plus give me new legs". He spoke out loudly.
"Sorry, user not recognised. For more controls, register your identity within the system frame. Please abstain from doing so, if you are not a family member, as there are consequences for failure to comply to instructions." A monotone voice rang out across the bustling streets. All the npcs stopped for a moment and looked up like it was a god who was speaking before going about their duties like nothing happened. Seated at a corner beside a two storey building was Hunter who looked shocked at the behavioural pattern of this sims before requesting for a pause which the system initiated immediately. Everyone froze, even the airplane up ahead that could be seen just taking off, froze in its ascent.
He wheeled to the end of the street and by his right was the shed. Upon scanning his facial features, the green button for living being lighted up as he moved through the open door. He glanced at the red icon for simulation and stopped for a brief moment.
Something definitely is crazy. 'If this safety is put in check does it mean that there have been incidents of sims trying to gain entrance to the shed, or could we say that they realized they were in a simulation and decided to escape into reality. But that would mean death, I mean if I switched this off, then they are all gone. A far fetched story that sounds like a plot for a movie or a book. He laughed at himself as he tapped the verification icon which showed a finger print on screen pad with a set of instructions.
"It seems the ancient way of verifying hasn't gone extinct yet" Hunter said as he gently stabbed himself with the protruding needle that generated itself upon requesting for a drop of his blood. Quickly he pressed his thumb on the finger print scanner on the screen as a circling white icon turned green alongside a note of welcome master Hunter, your request is been processed.
Suddenly a chip flew from an enchanted drawer which was never there but magically created as soon as he was confirmed to be a part of the family. Hunter waved his head to the left, then to the right as he dodged the flying object. Suddenly his chair was gripped hard by metallic hands that generated itself from the floor that held his legs alongside his wheels. Instantly, the chip pressed against his forehead and quickly absorbed through his skin.
"New legs has been formed based on the blue print of previous humans".
'Previous humans?'
"No give me that of the recent humans" He screamed out loud.
"Request denied. Beggers have no choice".
'What da fuck ?'.
He looked down as the holographic legs builded up from the foot up to his thighs.
"Fuck it's feels good to finally have legs" he exhilarated with delight, instantly forgetting the roast earlier on.
"Resume".
He moved around slowly, then quickly. Soon he was sprinting across the streets as various npcs brushed past him and the ones he hit cursed him loudly. He dropped his pace after been satisfied with the new limbs movement and called out in his mind.
'Opera, create hostiles, twenty in number. Clad with the weapons of this world'.
'Basic, Intermediary or Advanced Sir Hunter ?' She instantly asked.
'Basic with race features'.
Quickly, humanoid figures materialised from thin air around a ten metre radius of me. There were gasps from the people around as some shifted away in fright and the curious ones came closer. They were about twenty in number as they all glared at him fiercely. Their various classes ranged from knights, lancers, assasins, archers, berserkers, spell casters and riders. The created classes of warriors quickly branded their weapons and got into fighting stances as some the assasins became one with the shadows the mages took the last like alongside with the archers and the knights and lancers stepped forward.
Walking closer to them, his footsteps resounded in the street walk way as every where became quiet with the nearby npcs all leaving because of fear, the fear of death. With a wide grin he screamed at the top of his lungs.
"Come at me! ".
