"What do you mean?" I don't know who asked as their voice was a tiny whisper.
Geraldine shrugged carelessly.
"The machine can only harm us, not humans, so to stop it from harming us, we have to suppress our wolf side. To allow us stand on an equal ground with them, we have to be like them. After all, we are already half of them, if we force stop the other half, then it won't hurt us."
"Then what?" Austin asked her.
She looked up, blinking, "Then we win the fight and go home."
"We are what we are because we have equal of both halves, we are a balance of both sides, so why do we have to kill off one side?" Austin asked in a tight voice, I know he was struggling not to be angry at her.
"It is not permanent, it's just so the machine does not affect us." She defended.
