Abby looks like she is holding in a laugh. How can she laugh right now? In this situation?
"What is so funny?" I hiss.
"Nothing much, just the fact that you called me a "grown woman" and In the same sentence, you think something was going to just happen to a grown woman? What a fancy way of telling me you were worried about me."
I found her getting another drink at a vending machine, because according to her, that was the one thing we did not have back home and she wanted. And she was thirsty.
