Well, he has a point. It is really a perk of being an immortal. However, I do not dream to live an eternal life in the world, so I decided that if I was given a choice, I would want to be like Carter. I only dream to become like him because through it, I would be able to be with him as long as I want, unlike when I am caged with this human body, I age and I am weak. I want to live longer and be with him. To discover all the corners of the world without him having to protect me all the time. I want to be someone who deserves him. And I know that I cannot do all of that if I stay as a human.
