"Yeah, I'm sure now," I answered Carter and jumped from the high chair. He caught my waist and planted a peck on my forehead.
"Want to do something today?"
My eyes narrowed. "What is it?"
"I figured you might try something you have never done here in Lynnwood."
"Oh, wait. That sounds thrilling. Spill it."
"Heard about the falls in the Avalon Mountain?"
My eyes widened. "Oh my God... are you telling me that you are going to bring me there?"
He nodded.
"You know, ever since I was twelve or around thirteen, I heard about that falls but Mom couldn't bring me there because she doesn't like it. It didn't come to my mind for a while, but now that you mentioned it, I remembered that I really want to go there."
He smiled and his lips touched the tip of my nose for a butterfly kiss.
