(The next day... 5 pm)
Clio just wore a simple checkered skirt and a white blouse with ribbon while Kal is wearing a blue striped polo with black pants. This is not the first time they have dressed like this. The location of the triple date is at the Starbucks Cafe, and they dress like they will have a date at a 5-star restaurant.
They looked at each other and were mesmerized by how well they looked. Being stunned at how pretty Clio is, the lady must snap her fingers as she wakes up Kal.
"Wake up! You look like you saw Aphrodite."
The answer that Clio got from Kal makes her blush.
"Because you are as pretty as Aphrodite."
Just like that, Clio's heart began to beat fast as she felt a butterfly in her stomach and blushed. Meanwhile, Kal offered his arm as Clio linked their arm.
When they arrived at the cafe, they saw Anthony and Luca dressed up as a waiter. It makes them realize that these two boys just tricked Kal, once again, that they are going to have a triple date.
Anthony assists Clio in her seat while Kal is interrogating Luca.
"Why the hell did you set us up again?! You can be a shipper but stop tricking us!"
Luca raised his hand and explained.
"We are just trying to help you. I mean, it has been a long time since the two of you spend time together with yourselves. That is why Anthony, and I did this. Please don't kill me."
Even if Kal wants his friends, he cannot deny that they are right. He just patted Luca's shoulder before going to his seat.
Clio cannot help but put her hand on her forehead. She feels like she is having a headache because of how stupid they are.
"This is too stupid. I'm out of here."
Clio stood up and walked away when Kal followed her and held her wrist. Not letting her leave the cafe.
"Just stay."
Feeling ridiculed, Clio looked at her friend. She did not notice that they are quite close to each other.
"And why should I do that?"
Kal looked at her with pleading eyes.
"Clio, this is the first time that we spend time together just by ourselves. Let us have a date, a friend date. Can't we do that?"
Kal knows that Clio cannot reject his offer. She even sighed and looked at him before holding hands as they went back to their table.
"Where's the waiter? I am hungry. Let us eat!"
Kal smiled at her as he held her hand and kissed it before thanking Clio.
At that moment, Clio is now sure that she is falling for him.
Kal just captured her heart.
Meanwhile, we have two men who are enjoying the scene while serving Kal's and Clio's food. They even take a photo and video of the pair as soon as they get back to their position, near the cashier.
"Anthony, don't you think they already admit that they liked each other?"
Anthony looked at Luca before looking at the pair.
Feeling proud of how successful their plan was, he looked at Clio before he spoke.
"I think, they didn't admit it nor confessed that they are in love with each other but... They are happy, safe, and content with each other's company."
They continue to watch their friends dating as Clio starts to feel harder for Kal.
Meanwhile, Kal has not noticed that he liked Clio. For him, these sweet gestures are normal as he treats her as his little sister.
They enjoyed the night as they felt complete with each other. On that same night, their group chat is full of pictures. Being teased by their friends, they still cannot believe that they spend time together just by themselves.
